Pompey look on course to at least equal Luton's record of three consecutive relegations. Another notable feat for the bestest etc. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20944606 (Notes in left hand margin)

I did this about 12 years ago and kept refreshing, including the first aid and CRB. It's ideal for youth football and is geared to passing (unlike level 2 upwards) It was great fun and not demanding physically if you play football regularly. I haven't taken it further as I do not wish to become a coach beyond the Hants Premier / Hants County Youth League level, so I can utilise my Saints season tickets as often as possible ! Hope this helps !

Here's hoping it's something trivial, as he has been awesome at left back since coming in.

Would Di Matteo be welcomed if appointed

It's been said before - we stay up and NA has done his job; we get relegated and have the most successful manager for getting a team promoted (four times in the last six seasons) It's a win - win situation !! -
Up until mid 90s the Stones, more recent years Kaiser Chiefs.

What would you do with the sandworks opposite St Marys?

A&F generally wins the Kingsland Red stateside 'shop assistant' award. On the original question, how about a maize for passing cars to drive around, diverting off the Northam Road and to operate for the hour after the final whistle . It would prevent the 'man v car' game played after every home game since the police road closure ceased and ultimately preserve the fan base. -
My youth side played Christchurch last season in the county youth league and Connick was in the side, useful but not a head and shoulders stand out.

Finally got away from an Microsoft orientated Acer laptop about 6 months ago and got a MacBook Air from the Apple Store in West Quay. The whole set up is vastly quicker to Microsoft based computers, and work colleagues wondered why it took me so long to escape the dark side. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and general surfing etc plus all my business downloads off a dongle make life very simple, after several very slow and virus infected Dell and Acer laptops.

I think Villa are the 'Poortvielt' team of this season's Premier League - kids playing to keep the wages bill down. As soon as they drop into the bottom three I think they will struggle to get out again.

A good point but 2 points worse off than Boxing Day 2004
Kingsland Red replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
Redknapp Junior good for the first 15 mins; Quashie barely premier quality; Camara unpredictable; Bernard never where he should be; and Davenport garbage. The only thing Saggy did get right was play Crouch. -
Do the Premier league still have a fair play place for the Europa League? If so, unless we sign a Terry Hurlock Rottweiler style player in January, Saints are in danger of securing it ,as currently only Arsenal are above us and they will probably get into Europe by other means.

S****horpe kept their manager and went up again. If we stay up NA has done his job, if we go down we have the most successful manager for getting teams promotion over the last 5-6 years.
-
As I've mentioned in another thread,Nick, equally worrying is that we only have QPR left to visit us at home, of the current bottom eight clubs......
-
In fairness to NA, he was trying to get Mayuka and Lambert closer together to play off each other for most of the first half, if our interpretation of his 'accordian' hand signals was correct.
-
The best attacking option, against Reading last time out, was Rodriguez - he didn't feature. Ramirez plays well in a 4-4-1-1 behind Lambert. Mayuka would have been better placed down the wing. However Steve coming on, having not featured all season, and then Guly instead of Rodriguez, suggested we had not targeted this game as a 'must win'. As I mentioned , other than QPR we only play top half teams at home now.
-
In his programme notes NA refers to squad rotation over the festive period. If this is really necessary after a two week break, surely he should have played our strongest available starting XI and brought on the best options as subs today, the 'easiest' match of the period. We now require points from unexpected sources as we only have QPR of the bottom eight teams left to play at home.

A very good evening and speech from KK, he was also amazingly patient in signing autographs and having his picture taken. 62 years old - blimey !

Dr Christian Szell ? - Nightmare !

Bizarrely I was going to say these two when I read the thread title.

The usual - drive down and stay at Thollon les Memises, near Evian. Visit Zermatt, Verbier, Portes du Soleil ( Morzine / Les Gets and Chatel/ Avoriaz sectors) and probably Villars/ Les Diablerets/ Glacier 3000. Not cheap but two day passes to ski each area.
-
I can see Frank doing a 'jobs for the boys' 20 minute cameo role, and then staying on the field for the remaining 70 minutes, from January for QPR as they go down in a 'groundhog day' season for Uncle Saggy Chops.

The best point made all day is: If the high net worth 'investors' are having to underwrite losses incurred by a club which has no real talent on the pitch with c 10,000 supporters watching them, how can they fund a better quality squad of players long term.

Billy Sharp is celebrating the birth of a son
Kingsland Red replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
Congratulations Billy and Jade and very best wishes. Top man. -
Headless chickens would be better at sorting this mess out. If a High Net Worth 'investor' -Robinson, did not have sufficient funds to buy Fatpipes, why waste money on legal expenses going to court now ? Why not go to court when monies to buy the ground are in place? It really is a lot of posturing by those getting their five minutes of fame.
