  1. According to the Express, dear old Nige is kicking off and calling it another EU treaty. I thought Ducky said that he was ok with it?
  2. Are you suggesting that the victim was encouraging the abuse?
  3. I would have been very unhappy if that had been given against us. The ball deflected up and hit his hand. They get given, but wrongly so in my opinion. He wasn’t looking to gain an advantage, it just hit his hand.
  4. You seem more bothered by this than the behaviour against her? Why is that?

    Coronavirus

Like everyone else here I have no idea how a Labour government would have handled the pandemic so far, but given that they put social principles first I would imagine that the care homes fiasco would not have happened. I also don’t believe that contracts would have been passed out to mates and that the money would have been better spent on PPE etc. The point is moot however. We have what we have and to say that someone else could not have done better is letting this shower off the hook. I am tempted to say that Labour could not have done any worse.
  6. Not at all, but calling them out for their behaviour and helping to identify them will help. If they are sitting amongst people who let them know their behaviour is unwelcome that is a start, right? We are talking about one game when the racism was questionable. Players have been talking about leaving the pitch for some time. This has been blighting football for over 50 years and if nothing more drastic is done it will still be an issue in 50 years time. Instead of a bunch of people who have never been racially abused in their lives deciding how to deal with it, perhaps the people on the end of the abuse should decide which action to take?
  7. Perhaps if the only racist comments were just “ that black guy” it wouldn’t be so much of an issue? Perhaps people spending £100 to attend a match will help the stewards and the police sort out racists in crowds because they want to see the whole match?
  8. What exactly does that have to do with how racism is treated within professional football? Did you notice that both teams left the field of play in a European match recently do to an alleged racist incident? Are you going to ask them if they attend football matches too? If it is going to stop it needs to be shown that it will not be tolerated. If you can come up with something better, go ahead.
  9. I find it very strange that people who clearly want what they think is best for their country are called “traitors” by some individuals.
  10. Do you think people standing around them won’t let them know about their behaviour if the match ends prematurely? Don’t you think that at some point, even drunken morons will realise that their behaviour isn’t being tolerated? It has to stop, do you agree? What do you suggest we do to stop it?
  11. Perhaps you are just more tolerant of racism than normal, decent people? What has been done so far to stop these morons from abusing people that has been effective. As I am sure you are aware, this has been going on for decades and it is time something was done that actually makes a difference. What are your suggestions? Or doesn’t it bother you that much?
  12. Both teams should walk off if there is any racial abuse, not just one player. If the game stops fans will soon root out those causing the problems.
  13. When it started it sent a strong message, but with all of these things, the message gets diluted over time and distorted by those with different agendas. It is time for a stronger gesture. Just walk off the pitch if it happens. That way, decent people will soon turn on these racist scumbags and hopefully they will get the message that they are not wanted anywhere near a football ground.
  14. So why not push for it then rather than wait until he is on his way out and, when traditionally, Presidents leave these matters for the incoming President?
  15. No I didn’t, sounds crazy! That however is a separate issue. What Trump is doing here is being done out of spite.
  16. An “Australia deal” is basically no deal. Yes, I thought he spoke very well too (and very diplomatically). At least he balanced out that awful right wing rent a gob.
  17. Apparently is is the protocol to stay any executions due in the transitional period and leave the decisions to the next President. Trump has signed off on the executions of 5 convicts. Playing a blinder? What a vindictive cunt. This has nothing to do with justice or basic humanity and everything to do with his bruised ego.
  18. So constantly hurling the term “remoaner” about doesn’t count as a puerile insult?
  19. Once again you display your Trump like narcissism. Once again you misquote. It’s all about you isn’t it? Good luck with that.
  20. You really are a strange individual. Spend less time being a WUM and more time learning to understand basic English.
  21. Why do you keep mentioning nationalities? Seriously, what has that got to do with anything? Regarding decent sportsmen, Pele and Bobby Moore for starters. There are plenty of players who played or are playing the game in the right spirit.
  22. Show me where I said it was because he was South American? This is about his behaviour not his nationality. You are the one who is trying to turn this into a racial issue. If you look at my original post I say that I don’t condone anyone cheating - Saints players, England players, all players. There are plenty of players here who get labelled as cheats. As I said before, if Vinnie Jones punched the ball into the net to get us knocked out of the FA Cup quarter final, are you saying that wouldn’t bother you and you wouldn’t call him a cheat for years to come? No one is denying that has was a great player. He was also a cheat. The two aren’t mutually exclusive. There are players who were also great who did not cheat. Please stop making this issue about race. It is about what he did. We could also throw in playing when using performance enhancing drugs if you like? That too has nothing to do with his nationality. Don’t you find it pitiful that a player with so much ability has to cheat to try and gain an advantage when he already has an advantage over everyone he plays against? As for Wilkins, virtually everybody used to drink and drive. As you well know, there was also a big drinking culture in football back in his day so I am sure he wasn’t the only footballer to drink and drive. Does that make them all bad people too? It has nothing to do with muddying the water and everything to do with double standards. And before you and my stalker go off on one, I am not condoning drunk driving. The point is you are more than happy to overlook a level of poor behaviour upon one person’s passing, but not another.
  23. I didn’t say that and suggest that you get your facts right before you post your usual WUM nonsense.
  24. I recall you giving Butch Wilkins dogs abuse for drink driving when he passed away but apparently drug abuse gets a free pass?
  25. What does where I live have to do with anything? Another odd comment from the forum’s main attention seeking backed up by his odd sidekick. I was born and raised very close to Brixton so have probably seen more black faces than you. I also spent most of my working life in London which as you may or may not know, is full of foreign people. Being or not being a racist has nothing to do with where you live. It is a state of mind. Perhaps if you spent more time out in the real world rather than attempting to score cheap points on an Internet forum (and failing) all day long, you might start to develop some kind of normality. The fact that you have sucked someone like hypo into your orbit should be a cause for concern.
