No proof whatsoever that the BBC "hates us." The article is about Leicester being shown the first most times and Stoke (the BBC must really hate them) being shown last the most times. We were shown first one time. Tottenham twice. Watford once. West Brom not at all. But let's make this about the BBC and us eh?

Not that good then.

You would have to go some to get sent off before the match starts, but then I am sure Osvaldo could manage it. Always thought that it was a waste of time making players go off when they are injured. It was supposed to stop players wasting time but hasn't made the slightest bit of difference.

To be fair Sour I would say United's demise this season was more down to Van Gaal than Muslims. -
And yet Leicester lost key players to suspension in the run in and still got results. So perhaps there is such a thing as a Plan B?

Which is exactly the point Ruud Gullit made on MotD a couple of weeks back.

After a day like today and a season like this season, this is what you are worried about?

Just got back from the pub celebrating an awesome season. For those who doubted Ron, the club and the Board's ambition, today has given you your answer.

He seems to be an honourable man and I believe him when he says he will see out his contract and also that he will sit down and discuss his future with the club after the Palace game. What happens after that we shall find out in due course.

And yet they were held up as the model we should be aspiring to? And they kept their best players and their manager. So perhaps that isn't always the best way afterall?
-
What happened to the picture of the train that Doncaster gave us?
-
It is the first time I have seen it used too, but he seems to want to avoid the question.

More to the point, will his ego fit in the dressing room?

Lighten up Alps. Just having a chuckle. But seriously, we can if only or what if all day long and it will not change a thing. The same happens every season. There are always points dropped that we didn't expect and points gained that we didn't expect. For example who thought that we would take Arsenal to the cleaners the way we were playing at the time? Not long after someone posted where were the next points coming from we got a shedload of points. Your assumption in the OP is that if Forster and Bertrand had been in the side from day 1 we would have got more points but we have lost games with both of them in the side so it is pure conjecture as to whether we would have picked up more points or not. As you know, the point of the squad is to provide adequate cover when other players are injured, suspended or out of form. There is absolutely no guarantee that we would have more points if those two had been available from the start of the season but the point I am making is that is doesn't matter one bit because the likelihood of going through a whole season with your first choice team available is virtually impossible nowadays. We have different ways of looking at things and I prefer to think that we did well to have Virgil fit all season and that Shane Long finally showed why we paid why we paid £12m for him. Every cloud and all that....

I expect you are right. I would love to see the army in exercises against "the French." -
When Ron goes hopefully it will be to a bigger club. I wouldn't say that Everton was much of a step up.

I think that the point is why use any stereotype, why not just carry out training without having people to pretend they are one thing or another? Can you imagine the confusion if they train all the time to deal with one type of terrorist and then get attacked by another? Oh, he isn't shouting God is Great, what do I do now? He hasn't blown himself up, what do we do next? -

Yeah, silly me. We all know that only Muslims produce terrorists. -
Not JWP then?

He deserves a lot better. I hope he gets a job at a club that will back and appreciate him. It was a great fit with us. He needs to find another Southampton.
