I don't knowwhat the score would have been if Cortese had not sacked Pardew, but I do think that it did not help the situation tonight.

If it was personal then why sack the other two? It all seems very odd to me. I wonder if they all feel out over our new "Brazilian"?

I feel sorry for Wilkins. He knows no matter what the results are like his a*se is fired soon too.

Which makes the timing of the decision even more strange.

You have to ask yourself, what type of football club have SFC become over the last few weeks. We seem to be doing our level best to throw away all of the good things from last season. Was Markus keeping Cortese in check, or is this what he wanted all along?....jeez, who knows?

After the win on Saturday it seemed like the season had started. Now you just wonder what horror is waiting for us next. One thing to ditch the manager but three of them at once? I don't know what Cortese is thinking about but he seems to know nothing about sport or who to handle big calls. Depending on who comes in it may still work out okay, but at the moment I can't help thinking that our CEO has made a very, very big mistake.

I appreciate you are in a very difficult position tonight Alps have wanted to see the back of Pardew for months and backing Cortese to the hilt in every decsion he has made, so I will leave you alone to digest just what is happening (AGAIN) to this football club.

I wasn't at the game and unlike you Alps. If you ever bothered to read my posts I asked why does the manager always get the blame and not the players - to date you have always found it easy to have a pop at the manager - what has changed tonight?

Of course I am not. I am gutted that we lost and I am gutted that we have just sacked a decent manager. But you and others were telling us how we should have put everything into the league so we can see how that works for us now can't we.

Interesting that now Pardew has gone and you obviouly can't have a go at Cortese as you have nailed your colours well and truly to his mast you finally turn on the players Alps!

I think I have just proved beyond reasonable doubt the Alpine Saint and CB Fry are one in the same person!

Of course he is. Wilkins is only doing what he (NC) wants and concentrating on the league. Don't you get a warm fuzzy feeling knowing the future of SFC is in good hands?

To get this club up we needed stability, something which we seem to avoid like the plague. The newguy coming in must wonder how long it will be before the boo boys are on his back or he does something to upset the CEO. We have not so much shot ourselves in the foot as balsted the whole damn leg off. It just gets worse......

We were told that ML didn't come to the last game because he was p*ssed off with not getting promotion. We were told that ML didn't make thelast game because he couldn't get a flight. We were told that there were problems at training. We were told there were not. Dontcha just love this transparency malarky! If The Echo want to wheel out an old legend to have his say so be it. Why shouldn't he add his twopenneth to all of the other dodgy rumours doing the rounds.

OH well, lets look on the bright side, we have a strong CEO.

Do you know that for sure? I thought he was trying to do what he could on a tight bugdet.

IF the 5 year plan was based on automatic promotion last season, even with my dodgy maths that would mean 4 seasons in the Championship. With NCs lack of patience with progress, that doesn't sound right to me.

And from day 1 everyone was saying he shouldn't run SFC because of his lack of experience. yet here we have another businesssman making big footballing decsions but that is okay? No double standards with you then Alpy? Still, you have seen the back of Pardew so you are a happy bunny this morning.
