Reading the last few posts infers that our business model is rubbish as it is only the transfers that keep us going. Well apart from VVD and Forster there aint much left to sell for decent money. I wonder how many posters on here are from PR companies. A lot of new names have appeared in the last few weeks/months

a 2.1in maths doesn't make you a football pundit. I just think it was awkward and even the normally smooth Jeff Stelling was strugling
-
it is about gender not letching, now if you said as she is on countdown I would agree but she has really toned her clothing down. Just a token woman to annoy with a stupid laugh. Personally I think there are a lot of very decent female personalities around who are engaging that would do a better job than Riley.

I will be delighted if we sign 3 players but it will look a bit last minute panic mode. I personally would like us to sign a player who has played in the Pl and if a forward. Has scored a decent amount of goals as that is what we need most. My preference would be Bony as he is big strong and has played at a smaller club before making the big move. Hopefully he will want to really rekindle his career with us

I wonder how long Sky will keep Rachael Riley, she may be ok on the eye but talk about dumbing things down to suit PC Oh and Neville was 100% correct
-
I assume all this is all in your humble opinion?
-
Is that right? if so that is of grave concern. Puel has no experience of any other league other than the French one and so boy have we taken a risk
-
if he couldn't even acknowledge Long as he came off, doubt he had a thought for the fans
-
Who is saying buy anyone, please point us where that is said. Conversely do you think that not getting more players in of decent quality is right?
-
Hutch, you might do so in a years time lol:(
-
Id prefer a star formation
-
well he wasnt listening if so
-
Well when Les was interviewing Puel for the job he should have made that clear
-
Lol, Im frustrated by the clubs direction, but to start calling for the club to be sold is a nonsense. Im sure like myself that a couple of quality signings that give the squad and fans a lift would be ideal. The team were not that bad last night but it was a lack of cutting edge, add to that my concens that the squad is thin considering we have to play in Europe and many extra games. I remember Everton a few seasons back looking in a precarious position until they manged a late run to keep them out of real relegation problems

I think it is very sad that we point at players like Matt Targett. He is not getting the back up of who is in front of him and had to try and nullify Valencia who is tricky and very quick. Targett was one of the few players who actually got into crossing positions and tried to get the ball in the box. It is also rich that fans who have been saying to me that we dont need to invest then criticise the young players coming in to the team to learn their trade. Get used to young players being inconsistant and looking lost in our first team, as that is the future, as we get the worst bits of a players development before they are sold at high prices to rival teams.

Well if we still owe money for Osvaldo then the club is not being run as well as people tell us it is
-
well we didn't need the money to spend as its still in the bank.
-
there is no way that Puel will change the system that made him successful
-
we wont go down if we find the net enough times, but it is hard to see where the goals will come from.
-
Toothless, and concerns that this weaker squad has to play in Europe as well. IMO I don't like Puels way he dealt with Long coming off, he seems like a hard manager but that is a luxury we cant afford with key players
-
Got to watch the Man U love in with the 'experts' now The Riley bird who is a Utd fan and not wearing the short skirts that made her name, and knows little about football, and then the others who are there just to talk up the big 4
-
My first concern from Puel, his non appreciation of Long as he went off is not good. We cant afford a forward not being happy
-
Both decisions were correct IMO. Even Clasie didn't complain
-
a more clinical forward and we would be in front. We do look as though we could still get a fair result. Utd have the top quality striker who made the difference. Our lack of height in the forward line may be a problem, but I will give the team a chance as they look the better side until it gets into the goalscoring positions
