Iam sure the fans of those clubs have memories that live forever and will soften the blow of their present position. Those are the hardcore fans of course, the rest have drifted away and will only return in the good days. Being PL is more important now than ever as the gap is widening by the year and if those teams do not return in the next 2years or so they will be cut adrift financially.
