Benali and Le Tissier welcome anywhere in SMS

so the facts of the court case are? oh you want me to take sides on a court case without the facts. It is funny that, from somebody who never makes a statement, but just tries to pick away at others opinions. Too frightened to take a stance in case sometime later they may be proved wrong. You keep it up Mr Humourless you're doing a fine job. -
oh, your post regarding Phil was supposed to be funny. Yep went right over my head ,all those others who posted their Lol's got it though
-
well 5 assists as well as numerous other chances he has set up but lack of finishing keeps the total down. Who has managed as many or more assists, AL? who is our main creative midfielder perhaps.
-
Well if i have to take a view from FF's accounts i may be a tad unconvinced 'as there is no wrath like an author/historian scorned' , he admits himself that he was not happy with events and so not all of the episode perhaps was relayed in an even way. As the case was dropped before it came to court then i would lean in the landlords favour. Was it the floor, a swimming pool, the lack of gardening that was the initial problem? nobody seems to have given a consistant reason why there was a problem.

by your description Sunderland played a more long ball/ direct game, do we wish to revert back to type of football. IMO we still in the very early days of the clubs underpinning of playing a certain way by keeping the ball. In time the good work and squad improvement will mean these type of games will become 3 points instead of 1 point.

I wonder what context the question was that was put to MP re this answer but it doesnt sound to promising.
-
does that mean he's finished, his legs are gone etc etc? if so we have a lot of 20 + year old who the same could be said of. I will put it down to frustration of some at letting the result slip. Too many think that we are Southampton and lowly Sunderland should shiver with fear as they are playing us. They are fighting for their lives and Poyet has a history of using any means to get results. horrible type of man IMO
-
Exactly, too many adore running down our loyal and committed players. Many dont understand about link up play and think RL is just a target man.
-
None of those are Phil
-
another marriage made in heaven.lol That will be funny seeing Gold etc being taken to the cleaners
-
whilst I have never heard of the man, he seemed like a fine human RIP
-
they surely will one day, but have you a timeframe?
-
well tell us the whole story, with the facts from both sides.
-
another thread started that should be elsewhere. Dont you have a mirror in the house Glasgow to ask look at me?
-
just the usual rumours I suspect, but until it all comes to light and both sides of the story who can really judge?

Iam not against KL but I also feel that NC was superb for our club. What we have to remember is that it was NC who went to ML and persuaded him to get involved. If it was not for that we would be playing at Moneyfields now. Therefore his bad management practice (not in my eyes) was the reason we survived and we can now talk about finishing in the top half of the PL. So many sit in the shadows with their petty grievances waiting for a downturn and then to come out spitting and snarling when the opportunity arises. ML who we have the utmost respect chose NC to front the club, is he now seen to be a fool? KL probably had no input of the purchase and running of the club until the passing of Marcus, only now she has taken control. ML had a project that he put into place and expected NC to carry out, who IMO went on the crusade to do that for his friend. I vaguely recall Marcus' drive from his deathbed to go and see his friend and present him the watch. (cant remember the whole story ) ML had his faith in NC and therefore I side with that view. I was not a victim of NC's ruthlessness except the ticket pricing, but understood that we need to raise money to get the club where it is. I will always be thankful to NC for bringing the club from the depths to where we are now, I will of course give KL the time to show her qualities of leadership. Good luck and i do hope you have the same drive and vision that your father had for this club -
of course they dont work thats why they send out thousands a day

that did surprise me. Im sure the people who purchased a copy from the authors did not expect there to be such a massive mark up. I was under the impression that they were likely to be out of pocket but with those types of margin we ought to get a pen and start scribbling a book on Saints. £35 is a lot of money for a book and if the club were making £25 a time they were foolish not to have it on sale. They could even treat the fans well and discount them at £20, double your money is pretty good afterall
