We have a relaxed attitude, but I rely on pride and so last year my side were exemplary. Just something you feel you can do some kick about in. I did not do all the pre match running a exercises Phils team did as with 30 mins to go its a bit late to try and get yourself fit. Stretching and a bit of gentle warming up, followed by who can kick the ball hardest in the general direction of the goal and row z. Frankly the manager has little input except having the authority of pushing into the front of the queue for sandwiches. I was fortunate to have a superb team of characters who gelled and made my life so easy. Fabulous to a man and I know the same can be said this season.
