Mprgan came on and played very well.Putting him on the bench made him think and he came out to prove he is indeed a good player.

As I have said before you do the great man who you use as a user name a great disservice with the posts you make. You have been very anti club ever since you have been on here and suspect you posted as toomanypies on SF a few years ago. Then you were a 5th columnist niggling away.

I think we are in the same camp but to me the ball was in and around the box quite a lot but we have no drive or purpose to shoot or take the chances.Lambert did set up chances as players were in better position but they were not quick minded enough to tke the chance.A Mickey Quinn/Ted mcDougall who was useless outside the box but lethal inside is the type of player we need.

if you close your mind to the concept you dont want to accept it.A Luddite is always a Luddite. It is a simple case of we have not won enough games at SMS. Mainly due to the team lacking guts to win games, but i believe that giving the away side the 2nd half advantage kicking to their support is a mistake. Nothing scientific but a theory
-
'theres only one way to sort this out IMO' It was obvious that is what he said but of course gibberish is not your first language like it is mine
-
i have asked a few professional footballers about this and they say it does make a difference. They dont stop and listen but sense the extra support and it gives them a lift.
-
on what scale do you rate it then?
-
No when you are attacking your end it does create more noise and enthusiasm IMO. We should try it and forget self interest.fans at the Chapel want it as it is because it is better having the team attack their end 2nd half. i want the results to improve and so why not try it a different way? We need things to change for the better and so this should be tried.

Looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool. That is not a typo BTW but a very long laugh.
-
Normally i agrre with most things you put. From my standpoint we created lots of chances. The 2 Wes stated, it was a dluke how the defender put the ball over the batr, and 99/100 it would have gone in.In the second half Trottman had a clear header thompson seemed to head it off the line and over the bar, and Mills had 2 great opportunities to score.Add to that hammonds superb dipping shot and morgans attempt and we were not that bad.We just have wide men who make the wrong choicews when and where to pass. as for the chipped floaty corners dont get me started on that!

This isnt the plaice for all the puns thank you.I hope that has FINished it once and for all. i dont wnat a roe about it
-
Yep that is fair, but alos shows that the away teams want to kick to their fans.Tells us something again
-
I cant remember exactly.ithought we smashed them in the first half, but that is why i put the ?????? These stats may be out a little as I may have missed one or 2 but we have won 75, drawn 60, and lost 49 since we have been at SMS (inc cup). in the last 2 seasons we have only won 16 games at SMS.
-
I dont know why it failed .Could it be that the gregorz bid was held up and so thye pulled out of the deal as it did not give them a chance ot get a replacement in time???
-
I didnt go to that game , but i do get news from that direction at times
-
well its a win win.We score in the first half and then the Northam roars the team home second half, and the away teams are not lifted by attacking to their fans
-
the home teams normally kick to theit Kop second half, of course some may say the Chapel is our Kop (lol)
-
well it certainly doesnt seem to have been a factor to help us that often. It may be a nothing idea but I feel we need to change something to get our home form going and something as silly as that may make a small difference. I do know that the debacles v Boro Everton ,Villa ,Leeds, Man u (no shame there )last game in PL where we lost important leads we kicked to the Northam ist half. I think (Im sure it was the case) our best performance was kicking to the Chapel first half v Spurs in the cup.

reading about him in yesterdays paper and from what I can see it was a case of crying after the event. She had her 2 friends in the other room and if she had shouted they would have come running surely? A family member knows a couple of the girls (and Tweed) who were pictured leaving his flat a month back and did it for publicity for a new girl band they were starting. He is not te brightest spark apparently but is now the medias new bad boy.I doubt many single men would turn down what he is offered everyday, and the girls going back to his flat know what it is all about.I really do not believe he was part of a rape, but until it comes out in court who knows.I posted on here a week or so about a girl crying rape, and it was a false claim.

yet agian we kicked to the chapel second half, it hardly lifts our team when it is needed. Where can we find the stats which end we kicked each game to see if there is a pattern and perhaps that little thing may help. We have won 75 games from my reckoning (inc cup games ) at SMS, I t would be good to see the stats of success rate to either end 2nd half.

yeah and Parkindson came off last season with a good winning side. They did not have a summer of administration and losing some usefl players, and Pinnacle of course.I stated that Charlton would do well as they had stability and did look decent at the 3end of last season.it was obvious we needed to have a good start and I was like a few others wanting us to get some players in quicker so we could get the -10 gone.it hasnt happened and soon we could be 15 points away from safety. We are fortunate a lot of clubs are still withing striking distance. We need a goalscorer and get that first win, after that e wil then claw our way back.

A great OP. i felt saddened that fans cheered when Patterson was subbed.Yes he should have scored and nearly did so, but he gave his best .He has hardly played many games. The team looked far better prepared and linked quite well. The real problem is we dont have any pace.Their full back was quick and Thompson was given a 5 yard start and he was still caught.AP knows this and is trying to address that. We are a depleted squad and only now ids there any decent playrs being added.I like the progress but am frustrated at the lack of additions to our poor squad that was left after admin. Lambert is left to forge his own furrow and tried to set up a few chances whn he could. Sadly we dont have any instinctive players in front of goal.

Luton were at Salisbury on saturday and it came from their end we tried to buy Tom Craddock their forward a fortnight ago. 700k but it fell through. Not sure why, he is well upset it didnt happen apparently.
-
I thought he was very very good and will be a great buy for us.He had heart and a will to win
-
and they think that those goons could statr to understand that? Surely it would beter be said as 'Dear Skate as I have rogered you all to an inch of injury, I have decided to wirthdraw my tool and wipe it on your shirtails.I did this now so you can start to forgive and as i want you still to be there for when my friends come around. We will then be able to pass you around. Lets be mates and dont come out of the cupboard until i need you again to be used. I really am embarrassed to be seen by you but you have your uses'
