well NC I disagree I havent any stats but i do know we have predominently kicked to the Northam 1st half. If you look at laws of probability we may have lost the toss 50% of the time.Therefore it is fair to assume IMO that the opposition are more than happy to kick to their supporters 2nd half. Considering we have lost more than we have won at home (5 differnece i think) then perhaps we cant lose much by changing things. I think to the nightmare games in the last few seasons Leeds, Villa , Boro ,Everton, Man u (P league last game) and capitulation then all those we kicked to the Northam 1st half. It may mean nothing but why not see?

i have started thread on it and you get the chapel fans saying it makes no difference.Well it may not do, but 1 thing is for certain we have tried the other way and that has failed. i notice the away teams lift themselves kicking to their fans (could be that we are rubbish and unfit of course) I go back to the days of the Kop Stretford even the Milton and the teams always kicked to thier fans second half as you dont win anything forst half.You may get a lead but you dont finish off the game.Very important bit of detail IMO

we have have missed a trick ever since we have been there.We kick to the Chapel second half, without a doubt we should kick to the northam 2nd half.We have tried the old way and we can see the results.Letstry kicking the other way 2nd half and see if that changes things. The away fans in the 2nd half lift their teams and adds that little extra.It may be mininmal but could be enough to help.

you are right those 3 were just as culpable but it started with him. Rasiak was supposed to be off to watford but wth the Tommy Smith transfer breaking down they might not take him now

Saga did nothing to show me he is worth the adulation and big pay packet. I dont see where he will score for fun in this league. He gav e up chaisng the player on the run, it doesnt of course ecuse the other 3 who also let him go after Saga. The man has asked to leave he wants away and still he gets more slack than players who want ot stay.

The question is aimed elsewhere but IMO yes the new midfielder was tidy and had a will to win.He wont score many.The centre back comfortable but still has a bit to learn. I enjoyed the game and unfortunately many fans still think because they are not a big name we have a right to win.I had a fan behind me moaning that we should beat this lot 5-0 and the game had only just kicked off!! Brentford worked hard and caused plenty of problems. To get out of the relegatinon places will be the most we should hope for at present.We need a win to calm the nerves.

Why he is given hero status I really dont know. They sing his name and what does he do? He gave up closinbg the Brentford player on the run on goal to cross. He wants away and it is fairly obvious he couldnt care a jot. Stop singing his name and make him earn the adulation.He then perhaps may do something.

They do look good but the amount of times i slipped running up the stairs on the old fashioned ones as there was not gripper then.then of course the laquer would weare off and so oxidise and tarnish, dont look so good then!

Pompeys value now is PL status only. It is now a pivotal period for them.If they get cut adrift at the bottom of the table and no HR to save the day their value will be almost worthless.I still thionk they will somehow scrape through , they have had so much luck in the last few years it is bound not to run out yet.
