I myself accept Pompey were a big club way before I was born.In the late 1930's then for a short period in the 50's. Then there was a downward spell of 50years +. I think it is a combination of the OS upping their game, people concerned about losing their jobs if they leak stories and people who have posted info on here being criticised for doing so after sometimes being wide of the mark as no fault of their own.
