Pinnacle seem to me to be really short of funds to really push us on and so we rightly look at other bids that may give us more of a hopeful future. I want us to be purchased and so what will be will be, but it would be nice to have a real advantage.

that may addup, if Pinnacle are using leverage to fund the buy out then the FL may well be saying no. Again speculation but would make sense.

a very little i have found out is that it is not just the -10, but there is a document attached they need to sign and that basically has a list of things the FL require they do.Like in the Leeds case the FL basically have quite a bit of control for a couple of years and the requirements to be adhered too are something costly. This is a ramble but I only can remeber a little of what was said but I got the impression that the funding for Pinnalce may not be able to cover this.

I was told that Fry has told the staff that the Swiss said they would be back by this lunchtime if they were interested. He also said if he was the staff he would rather have the Swiss take us over as thye earn interest a year more than they need to buy us etc. Now that is the thing that confuses me as a company would not be doing tht and so it may be an individual rather than a company.

As i said earlier you cannot pick and chose who you dish it out to. Others have taken some really disgusting abuse. to be fair MLT cannot say it is definite as the fL might move the goalposts. I would expect MLT would not do anything to intentionally to mislead us and we should on this occasion giive him the respect he deserves and take him on what he said.
