In principle Im very much in favour of both but throwing lots of money at both doesntr neccessarily mean it is spent correctly.The wastage appals me, and there will always be people who want yuou to pay more in to it as it becomes inefficient.Look at our football club if you dont spend money wisely Yes, but getting power is a poisined chalice at present

If LC is loaning the club the money with a risk of losing it , then I withdraw my cynicism and apologise but if it is guarenteed to be paid back whatever, is it not something any fan would do who had the money?
