The renegotiation for it was from 2005 why was that then? i would have thought the bank saw we had more assetts at that time and probably wouldnt have been interested at that stage. So RL and allies would intentionally lose their shareholdings only to buy back again???Ok they would buy it back cheaper but they still would be purchasing what they had just lost. It doesn't add up. Would it not be more credible that others who wouldnt want to deal with RL's group wish for them to fail and so buy it cheaper or on the floor? As i said we could go on lots of conspiracy theories. If RL did come back then Id be more willing to believe it but if he is not part of any of the groups what then?
