I think he just meant replacing who we lose and adding a couple more. Maybe overhaul wasn't the right word. That's the impression I got anyway.

Ok, I'll share the minute piece of info I've been told. (I've said before i'm rarely given any info. The last time I was I shared it and it was correct. This is a different source though so not 100% sure how good it is yet). He really wants to stay and is keen to sign. The figures (salary) aren't an issue. He just wants promises that we'll spend as he wants to overhaul the squad (I'm guessing there's a couple of players he has his eye on and we will lose one or two as well). Think all parties are keen to see the outcome of the FA cup which could promote a bigger budget if we go straight into the groups. Good noises, they believe he'll sign. Not sure on the details though i.e whether it will be a longer contract or 1 year rolling etc. With all that in mind he said he expects an update early next week when we know exactly whats going on with regards to the beginning of next season. Sorry it's a bit vague, that's all I've got. xx

I'll be cheering as if I was born a Utd fan. The groups would be a great cherry on top of a great season, especially if we get Inter Milan in our group and we get to see little old Southampton play at the San Siro!!!!!!!

Bitton is supposed to be decent but I've never seen him play and word is, he's not a patch on Wanyama.

I've taken my boy to Old Trafford the last two seasons. He's 5 now and he loved it although he was a bit scared when everyone went bat **** mental because we scored. They tend to get a little bored but 4 1/2 is a good age to get him into it. We have won every game I've taken my boy too.

I've said it for a while now. Toby has been the best CB in the league by far but VVD has been the 2nd best and should have been in the TOTS. I don't begrudge Morgan being there though, as he has been part of something that's quite frankly out of this world in footballing terms. Pretty sure VVD has won more aerial duels than any other defender as well. He's a beast in the air!

I've just had a quick read of their forum and whilst a few of them at least make some good points, by the most they are horrendously delusional. Actually laughable at times. I really hope they read this forum then re read their thread from another clubs perspective. Everton would be a backwards step for Koeman. History is nothing anymore. We are a better team, are richer, are competing for European football and have far better facilities than them.
