Simples sign a powerhouse striker in Jan. Somebody good in the air and who can hold up the ball and bring others into the game. Granziano Mark 2 is what we need. Long can't score, Austin is blowing out of he's arse after 20 mins and Gabba is played best on the left not a lone striker....

Austin needs to hit the gym looked unfit. I would go with gabba and long up top.

He is rubbish, drop him play gabba on the left, Austin in the middle and Shane long / Sims on right.

Exactly we beat Crystal Palace and now people consider us world beaters....... I can't see us getting anything against United the way they have been playing.

We are rubbish, not being negative just being realistic the summer clear outs and not adequately replacing our talent has come back full circle and is biting us in the ass. The players we have are dross, coaches also have gone backwards. Not sure what the hell is going on with formation / team selection either something isn't right at the club. Now slate Puel all you want at least he had the lads organised ok boring at times. I watched the Watford game and it was a shambles no organisation players not tactically aware what the hell are they working on in training? because i'm not seeing anything on the pitch. Players just look disinterested..... lacking in confidence. What has happened to our pressing attacking style? that was the real Southampton way....... People keep saying bring in this player i.e Tadic / Boufal but in reality what is the point they are all to inconsistent or are not up to it. Mass clearout needed including coaching.

Pellgrino needs to watch how we played under Poch and try and emulate the key components of that system. Including the fitnesd element and souble training sessions. Get on the phone to Poch pronto and get some tips son.

1) FF is like a tree on a golf course. Opposition will start smacking long shots at him knowing frankly he is rubbish. Doesn't command the box or handle balls in the box. Is just a big lumbering mess. 2) Davis the engine of our midfield "Mr Consistent" doesn't really offer any creativity or goals should be upgraded. 3) Ward Prowse to lightweight, overhyped championship at best over hyped set pieces doesn't really offer us anything. 4) Boufal a box of tricks no end product ( Gaston ver 2.0) 5) Redmond run with ball do nowt get tackled have a moan at teammates. 6) Hoij makes to many mistakes not Premier league level. 7) Gaba probably our most intelligent technically gifted player isolated every game probably thinking Saints are a shambles. Championship at best we should of upgraded him and Davis in the summer. Far to lightweight I really don't see what he adds to the team? Set pieces? When was the last time he banged in a 30 yard screamer...... Over hyped

I'd play Long up top alongside Gaba. OK so he isn't the most prolific goalscorer however he causes opposition problems. Austin is a good option sure but fitness wise come 40 odd minutes he is blowing out of his are. Deffo need two up top though the over reliance on Redmond needs to stop same as Boufal personally I would drop both play Sims on the right wing and some other youth prospect on the left or Tadic. For me Redmond is annoying to watch runs produce nothing loses the ball then whinges at team mates. As for Boufal nothing but a box of tricks with no end product a.k.a Gaston version 2.0. Agreed it was terrible. Gk is like a tree on a golf course.... Davis / Ward Prowse offer nothing to lightweight not creative enough. Boufal all tricks no end product Redmond doesn't understand the concept of passing. Gabba probably our most talented player isolated up top. No shape to the team or style of playing in terms on threatening other teams forget about it. I would give this manager 5 more games tops.
