Why are players regressing? coaching? manager? tactics?

It may cost £300 Million but the team is pretty damm average. We are playing in the Premier league what do you need to win games of football? goals and assists.... Charlie Austin, Long, Stephens, Ward Prowse, Hoijberg, Redmond, Fraser F, Ward Prowse, Hoedt, We have average players some who have been here more than one season and have produced nothing..... This team still needs major surgery fans expect a top 10 finish? need a reality check this squad is pants....

Him and Stephens should of both been sold.... Dress it up how you want both are not up to the standard we require at this level. It's players like this are holding back real team progression. Costly mistakes means less points.

The problem is the team and has been for 2 seasons, No spine no leaders on the pitch the over reliance on players who quite frankly are bang average or are not up to this level how can the board not get this? You need goals to win games so let's see who we have up top... Charlie Austin after 20 minutes he is like a cart horse, Shane Long runs around but offers no threat in fact the man couldn't finish dinner let alone a football. Should of been upgraded and sold ages ago.... Gabba technically our best player on a different level to what we have currently. The constant clever runs etc, it's a shame we do not have anyone capable of playing with him or are willing to give him some games..... Ings jury is still out give me 10 games at least.... But what do you need to create goals? Creative players.... Oh we have just sold our best player in this area to Ajax.... Who else can assist at a level that will keep us in the league let alone mid table...... What about threats? Redmond the next Henry what has he done for two seasons? Sims a player not afraid to run and take people on let's loan him out..... What A stupid baffling decision that is..... Hoijberg average.... Ward Prowse overrated no final end product.... I'm not going to even start with the defence that is a shambles... Jack stephens.... So yeah give Hughes some credit look at the toilet he has to work with! Fans want mid table get in the real world this team is lower league at best...

Maybe it's not the manager it's the players? They are just bang average...... You could get in a world class manager however if you have gash to work with what is the point? 2-3 seasons these players have done nothing clear the lot out and start again...

I get Peter crouch in for a season big target man up top put him and vestergard in the mixer for set pieces let the games begin But on a side note a target man is what we need someone who can hold the ball up and is good with headers, Granziano Pelle come home he is exactly what we are crying out for.
