He apparently told his players before the 2nd leg playoff game with Palace that he was leaving whatever the result. This, it is believed, affected the players performance. He then tried to blame the marketing department for putting noisy paper things on everyones chairs as the reason for the poor performance.

Do you really need a disciplinary hearing for that though?

Can we assume poyet has lost his appeal . That was bloody quick as they have appointed Garcia as his replacement . Normally you get a minimum of 14 days to appeal a dismissal . I guess Brighton have come to a compromise arrangement

 

I thought they mentioned something about an interim manager?
