I suspect Fry will want/need to insist on an accelerated 2nd exclusivity period if Pinnacle get usurped. How fast? Who knows...

Cheers, I've noted the 21 days as a benchmark. Added 18 months as the maximum time a club can be in Admin too (as if).

There's got to be more than just this ?

Anyone got an information on League rules re: various stuff like the golden share, voting rights ?

No idea, read it somewhere last week though. EDIT : Aha ! http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/4458386.Ex_Swindon_chief_suffered_6_months_of_administration/

and also here : http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/sport/football/football_league/article1163199.ece

As for the Police stuff, FA Cup replay dates were changed in... gulp... 1991/2 (!!!) but I can't find any hard and fast rules re: policing - I suppose logically they'd have to plan for the event and then if it's cancelled the additional police stand down - you can't assume the match won't happen just in case it does.

At least we don't have any issues with the stadium being locked...

Strange how everyone wants to speculate, but no-one wants to contribute to something that might support informed debate, no ?

Personally, Im reading as much as I can on everything and trying to moderate this place...

I WILL be back to this thread later, make no mistake of that.

But.....

The administrators cannot apply for a licence to compete in the league, so the 18 months is an academic figure, as the absolute most time a club could stay in admin would be about 12 months - renew licence, declare admin, unable to renew licence 12 months later...

I had a feeling someone was going to say that :

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/football-league/notts-county-finally-out-of-administration-575506.html

Don't ask me how Notts Co did it... but the FL have changed the points deduction / admin / financial propriety rules at least twice since then (the held-over -10 and the new recent HMRC ruling) so it's possible this is no longer a viable timescale.

We're sure as hell not getting the 18 months, anyway.

Seeing as someone on another thread felt the need to ask what the timescales were regarding contract breaches and periods of notice, I'll just point out that it's captured above, and maybe start being less subtle about asking for this to be stickied. ;)

Again, any chance of a sticky, another load of threads with people questioning what dates things have to be done by...

I've now added the 2 weeks-since-paid date for players, when they'll become free agents if they've given notice with immediate effect.

Money is probably not the issue now as Fry has sold a couple of players to keep us going.

The problem is as some have said that the administrator cannot get a license to play so we do only have a few weeks or we WILL go out of existence.

I'll remove the "paid-by" dates when someone confirms the staff have been paid - which no-one has yet to my knowledge.
