what a joy it was to see Darren Powell playing for Franchise FC at the weekend. At last I could express my complete and utter contempt for him as a footballer. What a terrible player. Has anyone ever seen any `footballer' with less footballing ability than him? It was an absolute woeful performance. His passing and decision making (he must have the slowest thought process in the world) were laughable. He appears to have lost another yard of pace and he spent most of the day fouling Lambert. Thank god we ran out of money otherwise I bet he'd still be at the club.

I was a bit alarmed when he took out Hammond with a late tackle. That was my only fear of us playing against him, that he did one of our players some harm

Even going 1-0 down to an injury time sucker punch before the break, I knew we'd still win comfortably.

It's very rare that the whole of SWF is united (especially myself and Chez) on one aspect of Saints, but Darren Powell's incredible lack of footballing tallent is one such occasion.

Glass legs, Toblerone feet and a 50p head. Maybe someone with a longer attention span than me could photoshop that together.
