Arizona Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 In terms of years of service, I think Gillett would probably edge those two. Including goalies, Bart is our longest servant.
St Will Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 Didn't Wayne Thomas appear in the first team before James and Lallana?

Saint_clark Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 Didn't Wayne Thomas appear in the first team before James and Lallana? He was out injured for all of last season though.
St Will Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 He was out injured for all of last season though. Doesn't "longest serving" mean "who has been at the club the longest"?
Saint_clark Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 Doesn't "longest serving" mean "who has been at the club the longest"? Yes, but Nick stated the two players with the most first team appearances, in the OP.

Andy_Porter Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 Would have guess Chris Perry. Not suprised that's it's Lloydy though, he seemed to play pretty much the whole of last season apart from the few games he was suspended for. Hopefully he's the sort of player that can spend the majority of his career here, he's improved so much in a short space of time and he still seems to be getting better now he's playing with a higher standard of player and a more confident team. brightspark Posted 13 November, 2009 Share Posted 13 November, 2009 Lallana in fact almost made his Saints debut before KD himself, against Preston in 2006. In terms of GKs though, Bialkowski has been here for longer. Shame there is no playing link in the entire club to our Premier League days...
