dubai_phil Posted 2 January, 2010 Share Posted 2 January, 2010 Feck me I hope not, would mean me & Eric could be in the UK long enough to have to start paying tax back there again. Heck, what's more, I know I USED to fly a lot on business, but that would need more airmiles than the average Test Playing cricketer earns these days. But a nice dream though
Arizona Posted 2 January, 2010 Share Posted 2 January, 2010 If we don't get promoted and won the FA Cup, next season we could win the sextuple. League 1 FA Cup League Cup JPT Community Shield Europa League Or if we didn't get promoted that season, we could win the septuple the next year with the European Super Cup. Using your logic we could do it even if we were promoted just swap the championship for league
suewhistle Posted 2 January, 2010 Share Posted 2 January, 2010 Gawd, one will do. Some of us are poor EFL teachers! I'm sure I could manage more than one if they really happened though! I'd even consider Ryanair if I got desperate.. Still, relative poverty made up by the local red wine and a season ski pass. Not bothering today as with high wind chill it'll be (-10 and -20) nearly -30!

Ewell Posted 2 January, 2010 Share Posted 2 January, 2010 OMFG I have heard of unrealistic aspirations but this is ridiculous. If we get 1 trip the Wembley then we have had a great season!

benjii Posted 2 January, 2010 Share Posted 2 January, 2010 With our resources 3 Wembley trips is the absolute bare minimum we should expect. I will be fuming otherwise.

Tomobz Posted 7 February, 2010 Share Posted 7 February, 2010 the 5 wembley appearances will be... JPT v Leeds, we will win 11-5 FA Cup semi v Citeh, we will win 7-0 FA Cup final v Chelski, we will draw 9-9 in normal time but win 24-23 on pens Playoff final v Stockport (they're going to go on an unbelievable run), we will win 18-0 Charity shield v Stoke (I know hard to believe but they're going to win the PL), pretty unspectacular we will win 11-
