The Saints OS had him listed as on loan at Eastbourne yesterday, but now he's not listed as being out on loan. Has he been recalled?

If so, what kind of role do you think he could play in the squad at the moment? He's not the central midfielder that we desperately need over the next few games, more of a winger/striker and we already have one of those in Waigo. Still, good to see him back at the club though, because I still think he's got a lot of potential and showed promise last season in the few cameos he made.

Think he had a broken ankle or a similar injury which would keep him out for a while. I really rate him after the couple of performances i've seen based on his ridiculous speed and ability to slot a good pass. Hopefully we'll keep hold of him for the future.

Agreed.

One of the quickest players I've seen in a Saints shirt.

Looks a good player, but I think some people are making massive judgements based on his quick burst of speed and pass for McGoldricks goal V Reading last year.

The only judgements that can be made so far based on the number of first-team appearances.

I think people can just notice the potential when a player is that quick. That sort of pace and power will always be dangerous no matter what league you're playing in.

16th December 2009 - Saints Reserves v Swansea Reserves

"Kayne McLaggon, making his return to Southampton after a recent loan spell at Eastbourne Borough, picked out Saganowski with an excellent cross which the Pole headed diagonally past David Cornell in the Swans goal to make it 1-0."
