Great season to be currently 5th in the table (if 10 pts not discounted) and having won a cup, given the need for a complete rebuild of the entire playing operations at the start of the season. At the start of the season, I didn't think we'd get as close as we have to the playoffs, so I'm delighted with how things have gone this season. So well done to AP and the team - let's hope we can keep the squad together as they have gelled nicely and on their day look awesome. We can have a really good go at making the top 2 next season. Huddersfield have a major blip losing the next 2 games ... we win our 2 and then last day of the season ..... 93rd minute Huddersfield concede to draw 1-1 and the Southend Love in continues as Paterson gets the ball on the halfway line, dummies everybody and scores with a stunning shot for the best Own Goal EVER ... actually maybe just a scrambled rebound off Lambo's arse from 1 yard would be better and we are in the play offs (Remind Colchester to read the script as well please ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
