Sergei Gotsmanov Posted 23 April, 2011 Posted 23 April, 2011 No one comes closer to comedy sitcom genius.

Hatch Posted 23 April, 2011 Posted 23 April, 2011 The greatest TV sitcom ever written without doubt. Every episode has me laughing out loud no matter how many times I have watched them. A great loss. RIP. Very sad.

Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 24 April, 2011 Posted 24 April, 2011 You know a show has been written by a comic genius when the repeats on GOLD still get belly laughs. RIP John Sullivan.
Deppo Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 If only he'd never written The Green Green Grass, or any OF&H episodes after 1996 he'd have an unblemished record.
sambosa75 Posted 25 April, 2011 Posted 25 April, 2011 OF&H was the best TV programme ever made, let alone comedy. The specials and later episodes werent as good but they were made due to such high demand and still a cut above the majority of comedies made today. RIP and thanks for the laughs.
