PortlandSaint Posted 19 July, 2014 Share Posted 19 July, 2014 Is it just me that is so suprised by the cost of the training kit? The shirt is 50 quid but you come to expect that.. the training gear however is more expensive than say an adidas or nike training top/ trousers. How have they come up with that price for the training gear? I like the simplicity of the training stuff and hence I thought it would be reasonably priced but it is absolutely extortionate! Batman Posted 19 July, 2014 Share Posted 19 July, 2014 when NC left, all this non fan friendly stuff was going to stop. its all his fault
PortlandSaint Posted 19 July, 2014 Author Share Posted 19 July, 2014 more people would buy at 20 pound (still overpriced) but 35 quid for some training trousers is something else. definitely not fan friendly...
Ken Tone Posted 19 July, 2014 Share Posted 19 July, 2014 I've stopped buying any of this stuff. I pay enough for the season ticket, without being ripped off for shirts etc.

The9 Posted 19 July, 2014 Share Posted 19 July, 2014 It's because we aren't getting a kit deal handout from a brand, so they're making up the difference with the pricing. I'm just surprised it doesn't have the shirt sponsors all over it, or even a secondary sponsor.

So the stuff ends up being a similar price, I know that the Adidas stuff last year was just as expensive.

beatlesaint Posted 20 July, 2014 Share Posted 20 July, 2014 I agree, £33 for a polo shirt is disgusting. At £25 or whatever it was last season, that was one thing but over 30 ? No thanks.
