Is it just for me or is sky sports + continually stopping and starting for everyone?

I like the band. It's only for a few minutes.... and I'm surprised anyone thinks they were loud, compared to the rest of the pre-match music, which was deafening on Sunday. Seemed much louder than usual. Woman near me gave up trying to make herself heard by the man standing next to her and had to text him instead!

Yes. Manning's reaction at full time was brilliant. Almost skipped right down the touch line.

Not convinced about that midfield. Looks like a formation change.... wasting azaz on the wing?

So I want to know when are we going to hear about guardiola or other staff being charged by the FA for bringing the game into disrepute. The PL report did say quite clearly that some people from City had lied to the investigators. And they certainly didn't help the enquiry by telling them everything openly like Saints did. Surely more at fault than Tonda?

Rumoured to being lined up to replace Carrick at man u. Would be a tough choice for him ... us or them 😉

Surely no one any good will come in as an interim? The only short-term appointment likely would be internal - eg Lallana . The Telegraph says we're considering Rob Edwards if necessary, ie to replace Tonda at short notice. He'd surely want *at least* a year's contract.

I find it hard to believe the meeting is still going on. In which case the FA and the club know the outcome but aren't telling us. After all, what do we count? We're just the poor saps who actually care 🤬

Not a problem for them. They don't pay debts.

Think it's actually correctly pronounced something like Mats'ki

It seems that way sometimes. Blatant shirt pulling is just ignored nowadays. I know it's not a non-contact game, but there's a huge difference between a shoulder charge and grabbing an opponent's shirt to hold him back.

Still don't understand why we let him go on loan.

What a waste.

I'd like to ram that drum down that pillock's throat 🤬

Stephens is a good player. The problem is just that he's not as good as he thinks he is. Hence errors from being too clever and cocking up.

Could already see in the time he played, that, as before, much of our play goes through JWP. He acts as a sort of midfield pivot in open play. .... gets the ball and moves it on in a positive way. Plus the free kicks of course! I never thought he'd return because of his wages, unless/until he was past it. But 31 isn't past it. So I'm delighted to have him back.

Not as addictive as crack cocaine. Easy to give up. In fact I've given up looking at this thread 3 times today alone 😉

To be fair, his statement says the transfer request is because he does want to play more, rather than he just wants to leave saints as such.

Wonder why the delay in the announcement if the reports were correct in saying it was definite? Never thought he'd come back because his wages would be too high, but presumably west ham's relegation helped that-- with a cut written into his contract. Hope that there's not a hitch and/or they're not waiting to announce to coincide a positive with the negative of THB going.

Hoping that might be quite often then 😉

Not only are we playing crap and losing, but also we are giving a major promotion rival a huge boost to their confidence.

Definitely keeps saying Mubama's name when Akachukwe gets the ball.

Would be a good signing for them. Too good for the Scottish league IMO.

Plus the Kingsland closed .... the stand with the largest number of ST holders I believe. That tipped the balance for me.

Should be £25 mill PLUS add-ons IMO. "Up to 25 mill" is cheap .
