The reporters, if they are doing their job's properly, will seek several interviews, expressing different viewpoints. Unless they are in Lowe's pocket, their Editor will wish to have a variety of independent views. Some will be articulate and well expressed, as it is wrong to suggest like Rupert does that the fan base is made up of Neanderthals. Other comments might be a little less refined in the way that they are put across, but as long as they show passion and honesty from ordinary fans, what's the problem there? Saint_clark Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 they will probably show about 1 interview I doubt it. When we played Leeds a couple of years ago and we were the featured match - due to them being close to admin and going down - they showed about 4 interviews. Saint_clark Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 Saints v Swanseas match will be the featured match this Sunday on the Championship ITV. I have been informed that they are going to film the protest/march before ko. I think they were badgered into it. Me and quite a few others sent them emails with details of the protest etc. and got a reply yesterday.

CLOTH EARS Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 Some people on here were saying that the march was a waste of time, well it isnt a waste of time and fair play to everyone who'll be there. Already the media are showing an interest in the demonstrations Those that are there will be there because they care!!!

Already the media are showing an interest in the demonstrations Those that are there will be there because they care!!! Yes i agree fair play to those taking part in the demonstrations, but the point of the demonstrations on sat is to let lowe what we as supporters think of him & the way he & wilde are running our club. I made a point in another post saying lowe (if he turns up) will bypass any demonstrations before & after the game & only be told about them & do you think this man will give a toss..NO I would suggest during the game we all stood as one "stand up if you want lowe out" the media & camera's would be there for the world to see, & lowe's eggo may just be dented, i know its during the game but i see no other way. Nicey nicey demonstration outside will NOT budge this man one bit, we need to start playing dirty & if that means conceding a home win then so be it. Dannyboy_Saint Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 It probably means the actual game footage will be the **** ground level camera angles with a dodgy voice over comentary like the Leeds game 2 years ago then.

bridge too far Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 I could choreograph the march. You know - left, right, left, right :smt102
adysaint Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 I'm going to put a massive bet on us to win. £200+ You could have got evans (Paddy Power) to beat Doncaster. And thats absoultley shocking for a home game against a fellow struggler who we beat 2-0 at their place. We will be much longer v Swansea. Reminds me of the Bristol City game last season - for some reason I knew we'd turn them over but I didn't get on it. We were stupidly massive. Once the prices come out I'm jumping on. Regardless of the Norwich result.

St Landrew Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 I can never make my mind up about ITV Sport. They stay away from Saints for ages, and then, when it looks like there's a big dose of controversial stuff coming along, they jump as if they are just waiting for SFC to fail miserably. Mind you, they go rather ape when we do this to a team: http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=8003X4OIwGI
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 27 January, 2009 Share Posted 27 January, 2009 (edited) And you're less coherent than anyone! Awww. That must have been the highlight the day having a pop at me. It does mean a lot coming from someone who is a 'champion' on several of the arcade games. It is also nice to see you doing something constructive with your time: the protest may be in your eyes a waste of time, but at least it is pro-active. Much love, xxx Edited 28 January, 2009 by Thorpe-le-Saint

For sheer 'bundles' it has to be the Derby play off 2nd leg.
