Depending on which post you read you prosecuted rape, prosecuted knife crime, had some gig at the Guaridan, but it turned out you were head of typing and spent a lot of time on coffee breaks, before being put on the scrap heap when everything went computerised. Are you now claiming to be a tax expert?!!! Edited 2 hours ago by Turkish

If this is the scope of research data you guys are relying on that looks desperate., in my opinion. Whelk - what do you do? Why will nobody explain their jobs. My point is there is no clear cut data either way. There are clear agendas in certain parts of media to swipe at Starmer and Reeves at every turn. Farmer has shown that there is clearly no Marxist agenda to hammer the wealthy. You seem to be living in past with preconceived ideas of what you fear Labour might do, rather than what they have actually done. I get you have greedy mates running scared. Btw last quarters GDP growth was above forecasts albeit 0.3%. Your doom narrative is very convenient to support your political views but not too much substance in your argument other than anecdotal. I have made my views clear here plenty of times about the clear complexity of fixing ageing population and the health and welfare needs, creaking underfunded infrastructure, unprecedented immigration that needs tackling. Along with so many digital and offshore companies avoiding taxes their predecessors would have paid. Not the rabid leftie you may think. 3

I appreciate you’re asking a legitimate question but the lounge forum is the equivalent of a few guys (none of which who will tell their background or whether they are capitalists or socialists - I suspect the latter). It’s an echo chamber. Again I appreciate the genuine question but I’m out. Enjoy convincing each other that labour are going to do well. I’ll be back next year and look forward to discussing with further evidence - hopefully I’ll be wrong, but I doubt it

Nobody has said that labour are doing well. My background or job has nothing to do with you. This forum is not an echo chamber. You just seem unable to tolerate contrary views. It's why you have so many secret-Tory's. But hey, not like you to be wrong again, is it?
