die Mannyschaft Posted yesterday at 19:32 Posted yesterday at 19:32 (edited) I'm getting bored waiting, its like the football why is it taking so long. Edited yesterday at 19:42 by die Mannyschaft 1
SNSUN Posted yesterday at 19:32 Posted yesterday at 19:32 The issue is predominantly with SR, and i don't believe in chopping and changing managers Willy nilly but time is already running out for him. I don't fully blame Will but when he joined we were led to believe his favourite formation was 4231 and so far we've played 3CBs in a majority of games which doesn't suit us and I will never like it. I voted sack because sometimes that's what you need to do to change things but Will won't be sacked... yet, but we need to see some kind of learning curve against Preston. Drop the 3CBs and just go for it. Win against Preston and we should get some confidence. Lose and he's living on borrowed time. 5
Willo of Whiteley Posted yesterday at 19:41 Posted yesterday at 19:41 I don’t fully blame Will Still but he doesn’t help himself with his stupid formations and substitutions. 3
St Chalet Posted yesterday at 20:14 Posted yesterday at 20:14 I am usually one for sticking with a manager for a significant amount of games to give them a chance to get it right. Unlike Martin, Still doesn’t appear to be an egotistical nobhead so I think that he has bought him a bit more time with the fanbase than his results deserve. We have a decent squad of players. Even after our poor start we’d be able to make the playoffs with a shrewd Championship operator in charge. I think we need to pull the plug. 2

Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago Be honest. Have you seen anything since the opening game of the season that makes you think that what he's doing is ever going to work? Do we look like we've improved at all? The answer is no. Therefore, he has to go and the sooner the better, otherwise we're going the same way as Luton Town. Saints have one of the most expensive squads in the league. There's nothing wrong with the quality of these players. They'd walk into any other squad in this league. Just look at how well Bree and Smallbone are doing since getting out. Look at how Azaz and Fellows look like shadows of their former selves. It's blatantly obvious where the issue lays. Just listen to his press conferences. You could repeat the one from before the Wrexham game every week and and you'd never know the difference. How can you expect players to be motivated by that? The board need to act fast, but they won't because they're a bunch of fuckwits who should have never employed Still, Jones, Martin or Juric. 7

It was a WTF moment you could see what happened Blackburn made 3 subs and he panicked immediately taking of Scienza and bringing on Stephens it was a panic sub and it cost us the game 6
um pahars Posted 12 hours ago Posted 12 hours ago He’s tried to be too clever with his line ups, tactics & substitutions and he’s been found wanting in all departments. out of his depth. 4
