LegalEagle Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago I said two months ago that this guy is a fraud. Doesn’t look like a footballer and nothing has changed. The worst forward in a Saints shirt in at least the last 20 years. He’s horrific.
saintant Posted 23 hours ago Posted 23 hours ago A passenger in the squad who is stealing a living especially as we have guys in the U21s who could do a better job. Hope we send him back in January because he's a waste of a squad number and I think he could well be pissing off some of his team mates with his half hearted approach. Get rid because we can and need to do so much better. 2

How the scouting team find these 💩 I’ve no idea. 3

I wonder if we made a genuine error when we were offered him on loan by City and we thought we were actually getting Divine Mukasa, who has done alright for West Ham so far and looks a much better prospect. Reading that made me wonder what happened to him so I looked him up. He is currently the captain of Estudiantes: I agree with you that he was an overpriced flop here, a bit like Agustin Delgado, but still a hero to his fans in South America. I guess neither Carillo nor Delgado really wanted to be here. Edited 8 hours ago by Nordic Saint
saintant Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago His pathetic attempt to get on the end of the ball from JWP was a classic example of how half hearted this guy is. He was neither switched on or determined enough to get in front of defenders and get a touch which would have ended in a certain goal. Zero strikers instinct shown.
Holmes_and_Watson Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Things he did well: His presence changed Preston's defensive approach.. More than it changed our attacking one. They thought we'd brought on a target man. We continued to break ourselves against two banks of defenders. Whether that was long range shots they were happy to block, or us failing to pass through them. Mubama gave us a little more room, as Preston were having to watch him, as he was often the only player of our in the box. That led to a couple of Azaz efforts nearly having him on the end of them. That he wasn't, looked to be down to his sharpness and awareness as a finisher. He took up the standard positions in the box. While we should have looked to use that a lot more, he also has to be aware he's not going to get many chances. And those could be from rebounds. He has to be right on it, for the ones he gets. And yesterday, he wasn't. Whataboutery says:Neither were anyone else.

Yeah, really should have scored that. It was there on a plate. 1
