Also the idea that Dyche is a survival specialist is spectacular given he’s now been sacked from 3 teams just outside/inside the relegation zone so others can keep them up. Clever PR man is Dyche. I’m sure he’ll be on podcasts telling everyone how bad other managers are soon though, especially ones who boasts winning records against him.

Watching Brobbey last night at Sunderland was interesting on this point. He’d have a heavy first touch, look awkward and missed the ball completely from 6 yards out and there was no discontent from the fans. It’s a trust thing but you’re so right about the boos.

Goztepe in fairness are a lot more successful than us. They are in with a shout of European football. Think it would be really bad business sense if the didn’t try and focus on them. I haven’t seen any evidence that Rasmus is driving the recruitment of staff or players? I’d say all evidence suggests he’s taken a back seat here, we’ve appointed a specific DOF to do that for us and he’s focusing on Goztepe. So unless there is any, I’d be inclined to disagree yeah.

I think you’re caring too much about what this guy is saying in that specific environment 😂 Like you said, if he’s basically in charge there then yes he’s going to a) play to their crowd and b) have their interests at his heart. We have people playing the same role here, it’s up to them to focus on us and there’s plenty of energy to be critical of them so don’t waste it on this 😂

If you're on here criticising the club for not giving Ballard a chance, you might not want to be seen frothing at the mouth at us not signing someone the moment our next goal scoring youngster gets a sniff.

I would be surprised if there's anything else. Given Archers/Downs minutes were low, there's no reason why you cant give those to a youngster. Especially if you're a club who sells itself as having a pathway and is also actively talking about cutting the squad size.

The daftest thing Dom Ballard needs right now is to be back in our squad as an option a few months into playing some first team football and finally scoring.

It's funny to think Alfie House especially was advocating Tyrick George as an obvious loan signing a few weeks back. Pitched a point that wasn't realistic and now "expectation has not been me with this signing" will be the next wave of content.

Think Fofana has had more than enough chances to prove his worth elsewhere in fairness. Including Goztepe. Not sure thats fair about Lookman. Think he fell out with Juric possibly but his record for Atalanta has been very good. Oh that'll be true then.

Don’t necessarily disagree about the quality of the journalism but just on Edozie, they have absolutely asked about it previously. You could argue more could be done but I think it’s quite clear the club and Edozie both don’t want it out there especially whilst trying to sell him. I suspect finding out is probably quite easy but reporting it against either sides will is probably the challenge. I also don’t think the answer is going to be much more juicy than ‘he doesn’t want to play because he nearly left last summer and neither the club or him want him injured’
