VVD is indispensible at the moment. In the past few years, Fonte was indispensible and whoever playing along side with Fonte would come good (Lovren, ALD and VVD). But now, it appears that whoever playing along side with VVD will come better. You can see Yoshida who plays with VVD is a much better Yoshida who plays with Fonte. Therefore, it is high time for us to build our defence around VVD, instead of Fonte. Keep VVD for whatever costs!
