Really good stuff. He loved Ings workrate, beyond the goals said he was doing a lot out there. Brought Long on for pace, hoping Arsenal was getting a little tired, and like Austin's spirit and finishing. I think he has a pretty good hold on our players capabilities, which is really quick since he's only been here a short time.

I found myself waiting for the offsides flag to come up on Austins goal, thats just the way things have gone. It was strange actually scoring in the 87th minute rather than conceding.

I also think that although the defense was shaky, Yoshida showed lots of grit at the end. It seemed like he got on the end of every Arsenal cross after the go ahead goal. A few times I thought we were in trouble but Yoshida got there first.

The winning goal was a great team effort. Great through ball by Hoj, perfect cross by Long, clinical positioning and finish by Austin. In previous games we probably would have slowed it up and tried to build up, but this manager wants us attacking as fast as we can

It will be interesting to see what the new manager thinks about players now after watching them in a match. People sit on this board and complain about certain players (or all the players), but its meaningless and usually uneducated. I am looking forward to seeing what changes he makes to roles, time, and formations
