Because he cares? To be fair, I would have liked to see some Saints players putting the boot in, losing the discipline etc when we were losing games last season, at least that would have gave us a clue that they gave a toss.

Easy, the way it should always be... Woolston Ferry... As they do at Upton Park with bubbles, cut it out when it comes to the chorus... and let the crowd take over...

Would love to, as long as you are driving and don't mind stopping off in Canterbury ( even though it's not on the way ) I probably won't let them go.

Marc Jackson consortium has moved to due diligence.
StuRomseySaint replied to derry's topic in The Saints
I think KP is looking at it in the eyes of Business Law, Southampton FC Ltd is not in administration, and cannot be put into administration, that is true. However the FL have already decided that SLH are the ones with the assets of Southampton Football Club and as a result, if they do not pay off the 'preffered creditors' along the way, then no CVA, which means another -17 The best lawyer in the world is not going to be able to seperate Southampton FC with Southampton Leisure Holdings... therefore, no CVA = -17 meh, negative Stu strikes again. -
Wrong, the average life of a Dwarf is 28 years. The reason for this is that people die early due to symptons directly relating to their dwarfism. :-)

Oh we do, the Football League have already linked the two, the only use in Southampton FC Ltd not being in administration is that we can reform with ease and someone can buy it for a quid when it all goes Pete Tong. The Football League already have called Lowes bluff and said that Southampton FC is run in every way by Southampton Leisure Holdings PLC and that Southampton FC Ltd is a dormant company with no assets, being supported by SLH For trying to call their bluff, I fear that the football league are not going to be too sympathetic with us. -

I might not be ITK, but the thing is, I have constantly said that administration was a matter of if and not when, and it was only ever going to be a case of whether it was this season or next... as I said, not ITK, just taking my time to do some research. As others have said, the club were quick to push the FL away when they started to look at the books. Now I am not sure to what extent some of the financial irregularities are, but am quite confident that they will be there, whether it be they way money was being transferred between the Ltd companies or something else. I also think there is very little possibilty of us coming out of this with a CVA, which will mean -27 next season, so let's hope there is no further cause for punishment, otherwise League 2 beckons, and all of a sudden, being in the Blue Square Premier doesn't seem that bad. -

17% of clubs in administration are found to have financial irregularities, I expect us to add to that percentage. I am fully prepared to start next season on -25 points or worse. -
... who wants to join in a consortium to take it over with me? Most of the people on here bore the sh!te out of me and I am not prepared to censor my racist thoughts anymore.

I don't dream about 'you' , I dream about being able to break your legs 'accidently' and not having to face up to a court summons. -
F*ck sake, another game that I won't be able to get completely smashed at! Carlisle - Have 6 of my family with STH's Wycombe - 4 of my cousins STH's Leyton Orient - 2 Uncles STH's Swindon - Cousin is Assistant Manager of Swindon Town Gillingham - Have always promised my two boys who live in Canterbury that I would take them there if Saints ever played them. That's five games where I will have to be responsible and not drink to my normal levels! F*cking hell. Gutted! :-(

He is a broker, don't judge him, half the people on here probably have more cash that Jackson. I will reserve judgement until I know who he is representing.

Which will be deemed useless when we are liquidated! More to the point, how are we in a position to negotiate contracts when we are in administration, without an owner to sanction it? I assume it was more of a case of... Wotte: " Jamie, will you sign a new contract " JW: " Yes gaffer, I suppose so " *end of conversation*

Oh, and from what I understand, if looking at Nuneaton as a previous example, to satisfy the rulings, then Southamptons name would have to be changed to satisfy the FA They forced Nuneaton to change their name to Nuneaton Town from Nuneaton Borough or face more than the mandatory 2 division relegation. I would like Southampton St Marys, back to our original routes, although Southampton Saints would be good, although that reminds me of the ladies team, and we all know that women have no place in football. I just hope we don't plump for Southampton City or something boring like that.
