If you mean, spend money by going into further debt, either to the owner or someone else, then the £60m debt we have is more than enough thanks.

I agree with that. Nothing to do with bad luck, he is just not a clinical striker.

I was specific about his off the ball stuff (closing down) improving, all be it from a woeful starting point. I am not sure I agree with your assessment of his performance yesterday or his general improvement. I am not a fan of his, he is just so slow, but he has a good first touch, which is a good starting point. Whether there is enough to his game to see him shine at this level I am not sure, but I am reluctant to write him off. Do you ever have a good word to say about any of our players?

Explain the £60m debt then? Sick and tired of bull**** posts on here about Katrina and the board pocketing cash yet the finances show we have accumulated a £60m debt, which means the board has spent more than it has brought in in recent times. Players have been sold because they have wanted to leave and you simply can't keep them here when bigger wages are on offer. All we can do is try and match those wages, but how do you finance that? There is no lack of ambition. It's simply about spending the income on the right players and that is very hard to do. We have about a 50% success rate on incoming players, which probably isn't bad, but the problem is that that is to replace successful players going out rather than replacing the underperforming players.

As I said, I've not seen enough of him, but when i have seen him he has run around a lot and put opponents under pressure, usually when we have been in front. Which is great and the fans appreciate that a lot. The sort of thing Cork was outstanding at. And there is no bigger Cork fan than me. Jesus Christ what sort bull**** analysis is this? Where is the "showed great strength to hold off opponent to ensure we keep possession"? Because that is what Wanayama is all about and always has been. Yet that sort of thing seems to totally ignored whilst we are losing games. When playing well he has always given the ball away, looked casual, held on to the ball too long, got booked a lot... Yes he wanted out and acted like a ****. Yes he got sent off today in very stupid fashion, which cost us the game. Yes, he hasn't played well in some games, with one or two way below his best, and yes he looked better with Morgan next to him. But bloody hell, he seems to have become THE reason for our failings on here. I don't want him out and I shudder at how weak we will look without him.

I am not sure I have seen enough of Reed to argue against, but from what I see he runs around a lot but on the ball offers little. Is that fair? Everything I have read on here points to underperforming at under 21 level as the reason he hasn't been given a run in the side. When he has played for the first team hasn't he played at the front of the diamond?

Tadic, Pelle, Martina and Classie are 100% Rons signings. No question, no black box, no committee, just Ron. I'd suggest Romeu is too. Maybe Stek too. I am less sure about,the others, but he will have the final say for sure. His team, his choices. Managers would give their right arm to rebuild a team with the funds made available as have been to him.

Really? I thought he got up and down the line well and was our best attacking threat. Maybe that left a few holes, but with two holding midfielders he is meant to get forward. the volley he went for was shanked, but he did terrific to get into that position.
