Absolute disgrace the way Cook was treated. I hope every last one of those selectors are gone by the time the next Olympics comes round. Besides the article confirms this is exactly what we do (if this paper is as believable as Nixon's) so whatever Nixon has said in the past pretty much means nothing. In the end what does it matter, all that matters is whether we get the player and whether he can do it at the top level. He was their stand out player in the FA cup a few seasons back. Strong and pacey. Ideal for our needs. Concerned about his late season loss of form mind.
