to be fair he is a Norwegian international. I believe we are paying a similar amount in wages to Lee, who was equally unknown. Also don't think for a second that we're not paying out that kind of wage and a lot more to many of our players.
-
how many ticket offers have they done now? It's limited to four??? isn't it and after that away fans must be entitled to the same price as home fans. 3000 Leeds all getting £5 off would be painful
-
we're customers now, not supporters. The most loyal customer is the one that spends the most, not the one that goes to support the side at games, so I wouldn't doubt it for one second. As someone that never really buys anything other than tickets at SMS I'm gonna miss out here. Such is life.
-
never seen us win up there so hopefully tomorrow will be the first. I'd start with the fat lad from Sheffield.
-
the wording makes it sound as though buying stuff in the shop could earn you the loyalty points needed to give you priority for tickets. Hope not, although this probably won't matter in the premiership with the larger away ends. Having said that, in the past we have often gone for the smaller allocations when asked to pay up front. Any idea what the admin fee is when you buy Chelsea tickets?

not sure we will be toast should we not go up this season, we've haven't exactly chucked the kitchen sink at promotion in terms of transfers. But our wage bill must be pretty big these days, which if true, worries me a little, so I personally think we'll make a loss this year and that means that promotion will be required at some point in the next couple of seasons otherwise we'll have to sell one of our gems to balance the books. No biggy though. I guess the only other concern is the long term plans of the owners and Cortese has indicated they are happy to be in it for the long term, so unless he's telly porky pies that doesn't appear to be a problem either.

wonder if they paying a contribution at the end of the season for him as they are Thorne? Not paying them a penny in wages my arse. Still at least they are finally cutting their cloth accordingly. The question is why didn't Lumpitt do this as soon as CSI went belly up?
-
for now perhaps, but Brum are another club who keep putting back their yearly accounts. If they don't go up they are f ucked.
-
is someone actually getting paid to think up these terrible half time games?
-
last paymnet didn't go to old company though.
-
can't see that beng true. If they were going to makle that distinction they would have made at prior to giving them the most recent payment, not after.
-
oh **** my **** take about players washing kits seems to have caught on

toast and jam. Nice.

900 seats for SMS went to general sale. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Southampton-Tickets-On-General-Sale-3127.aspx

our away form and certainly results have by and large has been average. To go up that is going to have to change starting on Saturday. We seemed to have turned a corner it terms of performance, get a win on Saturday and we'll wonder if anyone can stop us.

wafer thin squad. An injury or two could hurt them a lot.
-
brum are unstoppable since Mutch returned.
-
A draw there from 2-0 down wouldn't do Blackpool's confidence any harm.
-
Decent player Craig Davies. Thought he offered decent pace and power in the air when we played them at their place. He's started scoring again now too after bagging shed loads at Chessy.
-
is it true that SFC stadum, training ground and club are owned by different companies? That's the line posted on twitter I'd like to refute if its not correct.

I can't see him leaving, they haev money and they are flying. This is a shame as they are one of the few sides that have made us look poor and will be a real threat in the run in. Funny everyone moans about the Prem not looking at NPC managers when jobs come up, but now one has, how many CCC managers would actually say no, McDermott, Adkins, fat sam, Chris Houghton, Malky Mackay? I suppose its not exactly the greatest job in the world and any taker has almost no time in which to do it.

perhaps the

so he recommended them to CSI, but now is suggesting the £30k a week contracts from the previous regime was the current regimes undoing?
-
that was the early payment, there is still the remaining bits of this years parachute isn't there?
-
I guess he might be referring to the council who are owed £80k, but if HMRC demand 100% then the council will get 100% too. Does he think a deal can be done at a figure less than 100% or are HMRC indeed owed less than 25% of the debt?
