  1. Yeah, it isn't. Desperate dredging up of false equivalence to suit Guido's entire premise which is "they're all the same so just vote for the right wing option". Even in the tiny clip fact Guido has put up you can see Dale Vince being challenged on his stupid assertion, and how it does not align at all with the Labour position, which he concedes. It's a broadcast interview that has already been public domain, and he was held to acount in the moment when he said it. It's not some fucking bombshell revelation. Leftier than thou shite about one-mans-terrorist-is-another-mans-etc is pretty dumb but absolutely not about hating all black women and wanting one particular one shot. Guido-ettes absolutely falling over themselves to excuse one - just a joke he's apologised for, hes regretful etc etc - then getting into a pearl clutching tizz once they find a previously broadcast clip of a labour person saying something else entirely. They'll have plenty of clips of Tory's drooling over, say, Russia which would be equivalent to Dale Vince's rubbish. It's not Labour who are the hypocrites here.
  2. Guido Fawkes is definitely demanding that the Tory Donor return the money right? He's definitely doing that and not just his usual false equivalence shit stirring, right?
  3. I think it's very much that Leicester have an FA Cup match this weekend rather than some bloody EFL conspiracy to help them. Their spare game is literally their match against us. But you do you.
  4. I think Vincent Kompany is pretty familiar with the Man City philosophy, though.
  5. The top 2 from last season in the Championship are currently both on half-a-point per game this season. Fucking miserable. Difficult to see any of the current top four being quite that bad next year but it's a warning for sure.
  6. Very, very poor for a manager who represents a formative time for huge numbers of the paying fanbase.
  7. Sorry, your post about "capitulating under pressure" and "defensively for the taking" seems to me you are talking about other clubs. We literally have capitulated, and we literally are for the taking defensively. So no idea what point you're making. Ipswich had a freak five minutes yesterday on the back of 6 straight wins. They didn't go two nil down to Bristol or Hull etc etc.
  8. Don't you reckon we're just a tiny bit "for the taking at the back", though?
  9. Not much thankfully. Picks up the ball and starts charging to their goal rather than looking for ways to artfully work it back to Bazunu from the halfway line. For a squad with "no end product" Rothwell seems to be our only player who has too much end product compared to the rest of his game.
  10. Fucking have that TractorJames or whatever your name is
  11. That's why I said it is broke.
  12. If it is broke, don't fix it.

Let me know when you find out about suicide bombers.
  14. I've spoken to loads and loads and loads of Ipswich fans and they all agree your entire season has been a massive fluke. If you didn't keep getting lucky breaks and the rub of the green and pure dumb luck you would definitely be about thirteenth rather than second.
  15. Ipswich can't keep this up, they'll definitely fall away.
  16. Ipswich will definitely definitely win, no question about it.
  17. Not-quite-West-Country Wankers. Magic Roundabout? They'll be going round in fucking circles once we've shoved it right up 'em. 4-0.
  18. CEDRIC
  19. Surely to God they can get 4 more in half an hour.
  20. I want eleven just to be sure.
  21. £87m loss on the balance sheet but you've still got to live a little.
  22. It would be the final freak in this freak season if a team that has conceded as many goals as we have were to go up automatically. We've already let in more than nearly every club that have gone up automatically has in a whole season, so it's not looking great for us.
  23. It means we need to get promoted this year. Not “well we did quite well considering”.
  24. It's not our relegation year. It's year one of the greatest era in our history.
  25. We have. The "perspective" you need is that Sports Republic have an aim to get back to the Premier League immediately, which is why Wilcox was brought in, which is why we spent more than any other club on a single player, which is why we managed to sign top drawer players for this level like Fraser, Downes and THB, which is why we kept KWP and Sulemana and Smallbone and Adams, which is why we signed big name loanees like Brooks and Rothwell. Which is why the club is expecting to get promoted - not to "not do that badly". He's not managing some plucky underdog team cobbled together with "free transfers" like you seem to think. Martin is doing well, we are bang on two points a game which in any "normal" season is autos all day long, so good. If we finish the season on 2 points a game then he's done a very good job, it will be by far the best season of his career. But, if we don't go up, he will also have failed in his key objective. That's the non disingenuous perspective you need.
