  1. I think there are one or two images of him in a Liverpool shirt that are more recent than this.
  2. Definitely this. Still plenty of time for Liverpool to not win the league. Everton staying deep in the shit is absolutely the priority. Lampard winning a derby match would also be pretty vomit inducing, that's for sure.
  3. Would recommend.
  4. Regardless of whether the numbers are accurate, I would say it is incredibly common that managers are on less than the players. In many cases significantly less.
  5. With every league place worth £2m and Ralph himself saying he wants to finish as high as possible to attract new players it is fucking ridiculous to say it is a game that means "literally nothing". It's not really about this game, we've been terrible for weeks now.
  6. I wonder if he fancies sticking with this winning team next time out 🤞 🤞🤞
  7. We've been starved of success for too long.
  8. Salisu has been proper dropped then.

So you are actually saying the Apartheid era banning of Athletes was wrong and shouldn't have happened? Fucking hell you are an oddball.

So MLG is saying we shouldn't ban Russian athletes and we shouldn't have banned Apartheid era athletes because "two wrongs don't make a right". Atheists are quite delightful, aint they?
  11. Amazed Burnley won't have a new manager in place for this match. Genuinely (now stupidly) believed that their board would have a plan, with 8 games left, to get Dyche out but have the new guy pretty much ready to go. Otherwise why bother sacking him. Now seven games kept but obviously no manager in the dug out tomorrow, so six games left. The Burnley forums must be in bloody meltdown.
  12. As I said, you are imagining an article that doesn't exist and then getting upset about it. The only slurs I see are you having a pop at Dan Sheldon. And also Barnados. Jolly well done on that.
  13. There's no evidence. The evidence is bunkem and pointless. Right you are sunshine👍
  14. Why wouldn't he know about board meetings? It's literally his job to be in contact with the board. The story is still up on The Athletic suggesting no one at the club is disputing the facts of it. There were direct quotes from the QC report and from a victim. The Athletic report is perfectly measured and fair considering the subject. You seem to be imagining a completely different article in your own head and then getting upset about it. There is no slur, any where. You can type the word slur out over and over again bit its not going to make it true.
  15. You could have maintained a respectful silence on the topic of Ronaldo's dead baby but you decided to make it an exercise of gotcha point scoring, followed up by a pretty callous reading of the situation which I and many others found unnecessary and offensive. As has been covered multiple times on this topic you are very happy to dish out the "all Christians support genocide" horseshit on here but we all know you have never said any of this stuff to any actual person in real life, ever. Not one member of your family - because we all know you join in fully with Christmas and Easter as a good little boy - and not one friend or real person. Not one person have you said any of this stuff to, not once, not ever. But you think it's just fine to leap on someone using an inoffensive phrase like "god bless" or "thoughts and prayers" and then, even worse, goad and joke about fucking dead babies. Go and speak to your family like that. Go on and do that you fucking coward. Do your dead babies routine with them. Cunt. So yeah, people have a problem with that.
  16. Reporting on something that the board discussed is not actually a slur. You not liking something does not make it a slur.
  17. Dean Richards/Hassan Kachloul vibes.
  18. Jesus wept.
  19. That's mainly because the Premier League, and the clubs themselves, don't give a flying fuck what the FA might want. The FA aren't doing this stuff because they think that makes it more prestigious and more of a showpiece. They do it because they are getting hammered by the rich clubs and the rich league.
  20. Who can forget the fairytale rags-to-riches stories of plucky underdog minnows like Everton and Leeds when they won the FA Cup against all the odds in the 1970s and 1980s.
  21. Yes indeed. But some episodes are absolute classics. Take October 14th 1985. Boy goes on a test flight with the Red Arrows, pair of twins gets to dance with Wayne Sleep and an entire Brownie pack all go on the Corkscrew at Alton Towers.
  22. Same. Le Tissier and that Nicholl team were my entry point into supporting Saints, and will always be a huge figure in my supporting life. Moving away to university and then as I moved home around the country, as soon as you say "I'm a Southampton fan" in conversation people you meet would immediately turn to Le Tissier. He represents the city in a huge way. I've mentioned before that as big Smiths/Morrissey fan I've already seen one of my heroes tarnish his legacy in later years. So I'm used to it. So whatever happens, and whatever gets said, people can't take away those wonderful goals, they can't take away my Morrissey CDs and they can't take away my cherished VHS video collection of episodes of Jim'll Fix It.
  23. Let's all say this is a shit line up and then we might win.
  24. Is this the same weak as piss snowflake leftie EU opening the floodgates letting anyone and everyone in or a different one?
