Just think of all those killer free kicks he'd be whipping in from his out wide position sat down next to Aaron Ramsdale.
-
Frank De Boer doing well here. I reckon he could attract some interest for a Premier League job this summer. Like, say, Crystal Palace.
-
I've seen what he's done now. He got his domino effect tweet out just as the Kane story was breaking and now making out he's in on it. (See? see?) Absolute chancer.
-
Looking at his twitter it's incredibly vague. "It's going to be busy in July" is a nonsense phrase. All clubs sign and release players in July. We definitely definitely will, so its not something that suggests any inside knowledge whatsoever.

Whats the opposite to "lets give Ralph Hasenhuttl 6 games at the start of the season and see how he does" Is it "I hate him sack him now" or is it "he's the greatest ever manager we've ever had". Apparently you can only pick one of those. Only one "must be true". That's what they teach you at Language and Meaning lessons at Night School. I simply must go.

No, I don't get that and never will. You seriously need to get help.
-
Okay, so you you're okay with JWP not being picked in the squad. Fair enough, thanks for clearing that up.
-
Picking a middling, average bottom-six midfielder to just pad the squad out with fit players is also an unnecessary risk. You need to reconcile yourself with the simple fact that a nearly fit Jordan Henderson is a far, far, far, far better selection for England in this tournament than the fittest possible version of JWP there could ever be.

Danny Röhl is back on the market people. The answer to all our problems. All of them. Come back Danny and lead us to the Champions League.
-
You read about these people on the news and think they can't actually be real people. But here we are.

Dribbling is bad now? Thirty plus years of following England and this is a new one on me. The solution is better intensity from the team on the pitch. Not to bring on a pretty average midfielder from a bottom six team. But I'll give you something. Next time we are struggling to beat a nine-man Newcastle United or losing to Brighton or Wolves at home, or WBA away etc then I cannot wait to see this wonder midfielder who will be looking to pass forward as a first option and keep the ball moving quickly. Absolutely mouth watering prospect. Pumped.

When you said people on this forum were saying this: the godly, perfect, faultless vaccine that of course has no evidence against it whatsoever who did you mean and who actually said anything remotely approaching it? All you've done is post up a quote from Lighthouse saying anti-vax conspiracies were a load of old horseshit. Which is true. Anyway, keep looking. Use your loaf.

Except that is not true if you actually read what was written. I do truly believe that the England squad has too many similar players and from that perspective does not have any real game changers aside from Jack Grealish, but that is not enough, Ward Prowse should have been in this England squad and come the end of the tournament Gareth Southgate might just regret that he isn't, I would say that must have gone through his mind last night as his players put in an uninspiring performance with no one able to make that decisive pass. Far from being just a request to bring him on for 30 minutes, it lumps JWP in as a "game changer", a one man "Plan B" and someone who would "up the tempo". It's a propaganda piece for a player most normal people would not recognise as James Ward-Prowse. The whole piece is the worst kind of Saints obsessed small mindedness. Southgate had plenty of options to "quicken the pace" or play in a different style from the squad he had out there. But of course let's just pretend none of that exists and just dress up a teenage need to shout "he plays for my team, he plays for my team" at the television as rational tactical analysis. We might get knocked out in the semis, we might fail in the group stage. In either scenario the selection of JWP is an irrelevance. The idea that Southgate will mourn not taking such an average sixth choice midfielder is just unreal. If Bellingham or Sancho or Calvert Lewin had just completed a season with us, I wonder what would have been written instead? Honestly it is laughable.

This is not doing a lot for your reputation as someone who is capable of reading, understanding and interpreting information. I'm really starting to think that maybe you're not a qualified virologist.

But there are loads of people on twitter with lots of famous followers who could also be described as "twats". Depending on which side the fence you sit, Owen Jones or Laurence Fox for example. Most would think at least one of the two are twats. Some, both. So being followed by recognised people and being a twat are not mutually exclusive. Also, there is the undeniable fact that you are absolutely a twat.

Good game between beatable Germany and beatable Portugal here.
-
So JWP is now some kind of mythical fictional player that no one has actually seen in real life. Where was all this spectacular play when we couldn’t even beat 9 man Newcastle? As i say, people are losing their minds here.
-
Every living football player is "an option". And there were far better "options" sat on the bench already and could have started or come on. Honestly absolutely insane that anyone would think that the difference last night could have been JWP. But obviously it's just on this forum. As said many times before, if JWP was a Crystal Palace or Burnley player, none of you would give a toss if he was in the squad or not.
-
"Dross Domestic Product" would be an excellent title for a book chronicling the last 50 years of the England team.
-
So the objective is to "not do any worse" but just to be able to say "look look there's a Saints player on TV, there's a Saints player on TV". There were choices from the available squad that would have actually improved things.
-
Or: lunatics on SaintsWeb have managed to escalate a marginal decision of JWP squeaking into the squad as twenty-fourth or twenty-fifth pick as being a footballing outrage and the reason we won't win the trophy. I don't understand that people don't get that if he had made it ahead of Ben White he'd have just been sat on the bench for two entire games. He wasn't going to go from not in the squad at all to "okay James, you're first name on the team sheet and taking all the set pieces for the entire tournament". Big fan of JWP but this forum has lost its mind. Also, Paul Scholes is better than MLT for fucks sake.
-
That performance was stultifying, lifeless and without inspiration. I can't believe that anyone can be seriously thinking that the solution was for JWP to be in the team knocking around his tepid little sideways passes.

Anytime you can find anyone, ever saying anything remotely close to this: the godly, perfect, faultless vaccine that of course has no evidence against it whatsoever Please do post it up on here. But it is nice to get an insight into how your warped mind works. Get help X X X X
