Pretty sure Ian Duncan Smith said that our free-market buccaneering 21-year olds are now free to dominate the world by taking their ham sandwiches to global markets. Global. Domination. Who cares about backwards facing Holland when there are billions to be made in Vietnam and Argentina?

Other forum contributors will confirm but if we sign this guy I believe it will be the first time we have ever signed someone named after one of The Shoe People.

You missed the bit where elite clubs (where professional footballers play) are different to amateur clubs (where postmen play). And missed the bit where the rules for the qualifying competition are different to the competition proper, as defined specifically in the FA Rules. The FA rules are specific about forfeit for the qualifying competition but are ambiguous for the competition proper, leaving it at the discretion of the FA and Professional Game Board on a case-by-case basis. Who knows, a forfeiture might well be agreed but it won't be because of a "precedent" set at AFC bloody Sudbury.

Some noddy tie between some binmen and the Dog and Duck in the preliminary rounds is not really setting a precedent.

Missus at Sainsburys this morning and reports that the perishable shelves are absolutely jam-packed with sovereignty. We actually wanted some Broccoli but I accept this is a metropolitan elitist food so really the people's will that it wasn't there.

Over here in Tajikistan the biggest football show on TV is The Cherednik Verdict, where Saints 1980s legend Alexei Cherednik casts his eye over the football stories of the week, supported of course by right hand man Sergei Gotsmanov.

To be honest the whole thing looks like a bit of innocent horseplay, not much more than you'd get outside a pub at closing time in a sleepy village. https://www.cnn.com/2021/01/08/politics/us-capitol-riots-arrest-pelosi-desk/index.html

Multiple image of participants carrying bundles of plastic cable-ties, suggesting very clearly an intent to take prisoners/hostages. This linked back to actions planned by far right groups in Michigan. I also believed Caroline Lucas and Nick Clegg planned similar atrocities during the Brexit protests.

It's disappointing that some people on this very thread were only recently saying that the threat from Covid - jobs, businesses, livelihoods, mental health, schooling, illness, death and untreated major conditions - was no bigger than the threat we faced from AIDS in the 1980s. Heaven forbid anyone that would "shout down" somebody like that.

In fairness that isn't a "fan designed" kit. It's just our Hummel kit from 87-88.

That right there, is the dream. A thing of wonder. I think we'd need to elbow UA first though.

No you're right. Article is only talking about him excelling at Valladolid.

Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck. Bawling your eyes out because your white supremacist heartthrob and his army of red-neck proud boys got shat on. You've been revelling in it for four years and here we are.

We're all looking forward to a 2021 where GM is absolutely falling over himself to condemn police brutality and miscarriages of justice everywhere against defenceless and marginalised people of all walks of life. Because he's, like, sooo passionate about this topic now. Because he wouldn’t be weeping his heart out about this jolly awful injustice purely because his white supremacist sweethearts are the victims, now would he?
-
What fuckery is this? Jesus.

We get it GM. As soon as the Feds target your type of people, you suddenly turn into a blubbering snowflake. How dare they be so horrid? The Lord Longford of the Proud Boys demographic.

I wondered what horseshit Guided Missile was going to come up with to distract from the behaviour of his heart-throb Trump that he's been cooing and drooling overfor the past four years. And here we are. What a hero.

Because it's a load of old shit.

Saturday 8pm kick off for a match against a lower league team was a moronic time anyway so feels like good news. Will be a midweek game now, and at least we get a bit more rest time.

Isn't withholding emotion part of the job? Kind of why Eric Cantona got a nine month ban in the 1990s.

So just a direct copy and paste from Guido Fawkes then. You could credit them with the words you're pretending you've written. Also total bollocks. Jabs are being administered on Sundays and vans deliveries will be made on Sundays as required.

I think it's a fair point that if it was Pompey person acting like that he'd be getting rinsed on here and rightly so. It is Thierry Henry ovation-at-Fratton levels of pretty cringe-y behaviour. We have beaten Liverpool before in recent times, and in more important fixtures (Cup semi at Anfield, for one, and the 3-2 win under Koeman spring to mind). I get the personal challenge for Ralph, and the injury/covid issues and it was a genuine show of emotion. All fair enough. Still a bit weird though.

But there are countless ex Fulham or ex-WBA, ex-Wolves, ex-Palace, ex-WHU, ex-Burnley pundits on Sky all the time right? Pundit-ing all over the shop whenever their teams play. Or maybe Carragher and Neville are the lead pundits for the channel and then there are some others who most of the time played for a big club. Or fill a quota for the ladies.

If you apply the internationally recognised rules for conkers, then we beat the champions so officially we are the champions.
