  1. Brighton blatantly going to nick this.
  2. What do want? Fewer goals When do we want them? All freaking season.
  3. On the bright side my Solent commentary is now perfectly in sync with the BEIN Sports stream. So that's sonething. Also, Pellegrino is a useless arsemonger.
  4. Got to agree with this. Utterly hopeless.
  5. Shane Long starting, so that means goals goals g...oh forget it, we're fuc king doomed.
  6. No one is wishing for relegation you blithering idiot. It wouldn't be an "absolute disaster", that's just hysterical nonsense. I live in a city that has a club with a proud history that have been in the Championship non stop for years and years now, have had a few near misses. Their fans still turn up, still support the club, pack it out every Boxing Day, live for their fierce local derby, none of them are suicidal. Keep believing, keep supporting, love the club. You know, like normal football fans. That's what I'll do if we drop. Live goes on. What's disappointing is we shouldn't be down there, and this idiot manager is going to send us down before our time.

Absolute textbook "we really tried but its not our fault and oh look now its too late". Absolute textbook.
  8. After administration.... You were on here saying how we would bottle promotion to the Championship and Huddersfield would overtake us You were on here saying we would bottle promotion to the Premier League and West Ham would overtake us You were on here saying we would go straight back down during the Adkins/Pochettino era During the Cortese Premier League period you were complaining we were being run like a crappy seaside B&B Since then you've had a meltdown every single transfer window and every single season regardless of the success we've had. Now, of course, it's party time for you and you are in your absolute element. But let's remember that almost every day and every match and every summer and every winter since we came out of administration you have been on here moaning and complaining about how terrible the club is and how awful the team is and how badly run we are. Every single season under both regimes and all managers. So what was so good about administration again? Because you've hated everything ever since.

He'll probably get the rights to produce next year's kit written into the contract.

Personally I take the most hope from the fact that no other club seems to be mentioned in connection with him, apart from a couple of references to Liverpool looking at him a couple of years ago. Even Jordy Clasie had other potential suitors before we signed him. It does feel like it's us or he stays there and the story has been going for so long now it's hard to think he's going to stay now. We're going to do well to co ck this up now.
  18. Win the FA Cup.
  19. How long do you think it takes to take two steps forward?
  20. What a brilliant draw! Absolutely pumped for this one! Nah, not really. It's sh it.
  21. West Ham could end up with Morgan, Pelle and Fonte in the same team then? Like a sh it Liverpool.
  22. Watford selling a popular effective player to a potential relegation rival seems all kinds of nuts to me.

Not sure why a release clause would be all up front but it probably means it can't be conditional - ie you get another £2m once we win the Europa League. Please just sign him Saints. Just effing do it Les.
  24. Clearly didn't do a "very, very poor" job at Stoke. 9th three seasons in a row (their highest position since the early 70s) is not "very very poor" under any measure, anywhere. He's simply been there too long and unlucky with injuries this season. Ran out of ideas. He failed at QPR, but that was a chaotic time at that club. He has been successful at every other club He's been at. In some cases very successful. If he took over tomorrow my confidence of staying up would increase twenty-fold. Not sexy, not exciting but neither were Hodgson, Allardyce or Puel and they ain't going down either.
  25. If he is available why aren't Chelsea all over It? He's better than all the other lumbering lumps they've been linked with and pretty sure Conte used to pick him for Italy.
