Pretty all the stuff people got upset with re Rodgers and our players was imagined. Imagined by the genius brigade on here. When it comes to media tapping up Brendan is an amateur and Ronald is one of the best in the business.

Don't want to get all MLG on you, but we've never been in the Europa League. It weren't no league when we were in it last.
-
Next stop, Vitesse Arnhem.
-
What I like about you is just how you believe in having principles.
-
I haven't seen any support for your dopey idea on this thread. Or anywhere in England. Or across the whole of humanity. Yours is a stupid idea that won't happen. Accept it, move on.
-
If the "problem" is England being in FIFA then yes your plan tackles that and no mistake. If, as I believe, the problem is ever so slightly more complicated that that then it will remain entirely untackled. Have a medal for being like the bestest at having "principles" and stuff, though.
-
Probably a good idea not to rant on about how other people "don't have the balls" etc when your recommended course of action is to run away from the problem at the first opportunity. Brave stuff.
-
So you don't actually want to see anything change at FIFA, just for the FA to make a gesture. Fair enough, that's clear.
-
Eh? For one thing Sepp would absolutely love it if the FA walked out on FIFA.
-
UEFA, with the US and the Aussies should walk. And tell all those no mark tinpot associations like Chad, Gabon, Narnia and the Cook Islands to crack on chaps, you've got your precious Sepp. Good luck squeezing more money out of him from a World Cup without us. Set up a world tournament for 2018 in Australia or USA, and fu ck the world cup off. Get Coke and Visa on board and Brazil and co would follow too. And leave Sepp and his acolytes from Zaire, Westeros and Sudan to put on their own World Cup.

Liverpool being significantly bigger than us is not "living in the past (mate)". It's a fact today, right now, in the present, today, now. And save for a financial meltdown to cripple Liverpool a la Leeds, they almost certainly always will be.
-
Glad to see the transfer window delusion season is upon us. Liverpool "a minor upgrade". Absolutely laughable. Well done chaps.
-
You have a strange definition of "singularly unsuccessful". This season he has done very well at both clubs, Palace especially. Newcastle wouldn't have been fighting for theirs lives on the final day were he still about.
-
During the summer someone on Sevilleweb called Pulmones el Cangrejo knew all about this. The stuff he knew about what phone calls weren't returned would make your eyes water.

I don't think I can handle debate as rational as this.

Interesting stats comparing saints this season and last season
CB Fry replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Saints
Why on earth this still hasn't been addressed I will never know. -
$##@#ing useless England have blown it already. Not that I care. I hate England and hope they lose but I hate it when they lose but I hope they do but I hate it but I hope they do but I hate it and everything.

We won't be buying a second goalie for ten million pounds and we won't be buying eight front line players in this window. Get used to it.

Interesting stats comparing saints this season and last season
CB Fry replied to doddisalegend's topic in The Saints
If you only look at games we conceded in, then we didn't keep a single clean sheet all year. So a clear area of concern that needs addressing next season. -
26th July. Why don't we ever learn to get our ##*#ing business done early for #*#$# sake bunch of no ambition #$*#*# uselsss #!!#$# shower of #$#*##. I mean, look who West Ham/Brom have signed already etc.

Who's digging out their 'Be a Gooner for the day' t-shirt?
CB Fry replied to Maggie May's topic in The Saints
Since 1987 and no idea what the reference is either. Wake up Maggie I think I've got something to say to you: we don't know what you are on about. -
Er, that would be the one.

Indeed. If UEFA grew a pair and announced they're leaving FIFA in the morning then the game is up. There ain't no FIFA without Europe. The Russians will have a view on that of course, and let's not kid ourselves that UEFA isn't a liable to corruption as any of the rest if them.
