My other favourite made up argument is about Cortese met Le Tiss but forgot all about it because you can't remember everyone you've ever met, can you? So yeah, a fu ck of a lot of straw man arguments weaved on here. A fu ck of a lot. Not sure they help.

Agonising over the dictionary definition of the word "met" and deciding that people can only be assessed properly after meeting them and not before are my two current favourite CoC made up arguments. Keep em coming chaps.

Nice try. I'm no Cortese hater - he's done some fantastic things and the club is going in the right direction. Bit "black and white" there mate. Its people like me seeing the shades of grey, the PR, and who are prepared to listen to the views of others. Kinda like how real life works. Its the CoC chaps prepared to dismiss, shrug off, ignore anything that says anything other than Cortese is faultless, including the frankly ludicrous notion that questioning Cortese is attacking "the club". How "black and white" do you want? So good effort but misdirected.

The CoC have dealt with this on this thread. He may have met Le Tiss but he simply forgot. It's just the same as expecting everyone to remember every single person they walk past in the supermarket. Club chief exec meeting an ex-player a suite is/was named after at said club is just the same. Just the same. The Cortese haters are so unreasonable. To a non Saints fan he is our best ever player and for many the first player they would name unprompted. A non Saints fan doesn't think he's being a spoilt brat, because they couldn't care less about his little spat with our chairman. And any non Saints fan right now probably thinks Cortese is a bit mental for sacking Adkins. How many non Saints fans in Widnes, Wallsall and Westward Ho leapt out of bed this morning desperate to catch an interview with our chief executive? 1. It's company not club. 2. MLT is not "undermining the club". MLT comments occasionally about Nicola Cortese, not "the club". Cortese is not "the club". He is the current CEO. He is not "the club". Never has been and never will be. You people are just mental.
