  1. Impressive. Remind me to ask you about my short grain positions before I have too much to drink
  2. No it's the Sheaf, around the corner. This link helpfully has the wrong name in the title but the right one is below ground http://www.redcarpubs.com/The-Wheatsheaf
  3. Mine has certainly gone down. As we have until 24 May, I am not going to rush to spend the required cash with 6 weeks remaining
  4. Cheers! Ah, memories of the first time...
  5. Crazy Diamond was a poss; Paddy Bateman would not miss it; SW5 was nailed on a few weeks ago at least.
  6. Bit of an effort for me - trains messed up by ongoing engineering work and no other real reason to be in London tomorrow now, but then have a solid attendance record to protect, so I will be there
  7. Surprised RK did not make a personal apology to James
  8. 3-0 lol
  9. M For Jeff's benefit - Sheaf info. Its just around the corner from the WS, almost opposite the Costa Coffee place, entrance at street level but everything else down below.
  10. Fine with me. Does anyone have a view of whether the Sheaf is likely to be less rammed than the Wheatsheaf usually gets? Might make it easier to grab a suitable spot for the all important discussions about other posters and the eventual voting
  11. Not much wrong with that, but I have a feeling that all three of this week's international goalscorers might play, including JWP. As captain and winning scorer for the U21s his confidence must be sky high
  12. Agree brilliant player for us, though not as good as that other loanee, Ronnie Eklund
  13. I will be there, gagging or otherwise. Hope about 6-6.30
  14. Oh right. In the same way as Spurs were nailed on to sign him in January. And that JR and his agent were deliberately misleading Saints and the media to secure the move, in January.
  15. Will be tough for some of their fans to know which team to support
  16. Didnt want to play for us when last linked coz we were not a massive club. So sod off now. End of
  17. But then do you live in Winchester, so I am not a serious householder, obviously
  18. The kids bikes cost more than that, when they were 7
  19. The OP wants to buy a good MTB too for his £5k dont forget!
  20. I am a possible, subject to junior bucks requirements that day
  21. Agreed. There a few of the big name second hand places, like Motorpoint, that offer lease deals on cars up to 3 years old too
  22. Has done for years TBF. For anyone not aware - regular lead changes, sometimes several per lap, with some unbelievable overtaking (risking a big off). Often the front riders finish under a second from each other. In the first race, Rossi won after starting in 8th place, with the finishing line gap to 2nd being 0.174 secs. Compare that to the usual procession in F1 where pole position + dont mess up the start + dont mess up pit stops = win.
  23. My prices are down a bit, seriously unexpected, well done SFC. Also note the official "ability to resell your seats for matches you are unable to attend". Excellent.
  24. Totally agree mate. Top quality
  25. Canyon have some excellent bikes again at very good prices, but for me, Bird was the option because 1) they have some innovative features especially geometry and 2) they are 30 mins away, as opposed to Germany ,which was very helpful for a demo and a good chat with them, as well as reassuring if any issues. What Mountain Bike have their annual trail bike of the year feature coming up in the next edition, out on 7 April, which all the manufacturers are waiting for!
