Looks like it is £85 now. If you know the game and the basic rules already then it will not be a problem. I do remember being surprised at a few things that came up. I think all supporters should do this course, as some around me at games are clueless.

Jesus £150? It cost me £35, and I got it back after refereeing 6 games. There was a recruitment drive 3 years ago, so this could be why so cheap.
