  3. So Man U it is then, as they are the away team in this game.

    Coffee

I loved Costa coffee, and I have a points card with them. There is now one in my local Tesco, and I always stop at Blyth services on my way up and back from the Manchester office. Latte, or a Gingerbread Latte for me. I have a costa cup and wish they sold Costa merch as I would buy the lot!! Do not drink much coffee at home but normally Gold Blend for me.
  6. I used to go and watch Reading when I lived there and even went to the playoff final against Walsall. This was 2001 and they were the small club that you went and watched if Saints were not playing! We will catch them and could swap places with them next season, or end up above them again next season.
  7. I want United to win!!
  8. Have a soft spot for Torquay as it was the fist game I went to, and used to go there on holiday every year with the parents. So I really did not think they would get to the final and if they go up even better. I went with my heart on this one. I do not want Reading to go up, but just had a feeling they were the form team and on such a good run, like Huddersfield, who I do want to go up!
  9. I had AFC Wimbledon, Torquay, Huddersfield and Reading back when the playoffs started...so come on Torquay, Huddersfield and Reading.
  10. The Fanzine was one of the best in the business and got voted in the top 5 fanzines on many occassions. I do not have a problem with Nick, and I do not feel he speaks for me, but he is a Southampton FC fan at the end of the day. I sometimes post on the UI and find it a lot more light hearted, and know many of the people on there. I do not think there is an agenda, but if I was refused a season ticket I would be a little unhappy to.
  11. You are right a nice cuppa you cannot beat...something truely English about tea!
  12. Costa coffee for me........hooked!
  13. Would love to go straight up, and if I had to choose straight away or it could be 2,3,4,5,6.......seasons time then it is straight away, you cannot pick and choose and it will be a hard league to get out of!
  14. Do not make me stay up, I was just off to bed!!
  15. Was he not the player walking around with his hands in his pockets with music on his headphones during Marcus's funeral? Terrible attitude but I alway thought he was a good league 1 player who will probably find his level in the Championship it he gets his head right maybe in a mid table premier team.
  16. yeah it was, Bridge got the first one at the Milton end.
  17. and Blackpool - if it is still around then. Does this mean in is going to be a yearly event. Still think it is the UK tourist board making it erupt!
  18. Yes and some blue slime like to remind us. I went to this game also!! I want a re-count
  19. I still have the great Uglyinside fanzine with CN on the front to the words of 'Should I stay or should I go now' and all over the cover it says go go go go go go go go go go go go go with 1 stay. So it seems to me the fans had had enough, but we had some excellent games under his management, did we not play 4-2-4 formation home and away with Shearer, Rod Wallace and Le Tisser up front. We were the second top scorers with 71 goals.
  20. The worst thing about sacking CN is that we replaced him with someone with no experience in the top fight and a negative manager to say the least. We went from one extreme to the other!!
  21. Nope, there was empty seats in the Stoke end, but to be fair they had an expensive week last week. I do think that Wigan sold out their allocation though.
  22. Makes even more amazing that they have stayed in the top flight so long, in a rugby town near merseyside and Manchester. Fair play to them but long term they have had it really!
  23. Nah! He will die first!
  24. Bloody hell, they were all correct on Sunday Suppliment!! DAM!
