Correct I would have had Saints down to win against Tranmere and Notts County. I think the problem with Saints is we do struggle against some of the worse teams in the league!

Saturday, 12 February 2011 Npower League One Southampton v Carlisle, 15:00 W The are poor away only winning 3 of 11 games, and they are on a terrible run. 4-1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, 19 February 2011 Npower League One Rochdale v Southampton, 15:00 W They have won 4 of 12 at home, and are a bit patchy, but this could be a draw, but think we will scrape it. 1-3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuesday, 22 February 2011 Npower League One Hartlepool v Southampton, 19:45 W Won 5 of 12 at home and until today they were on a terrible run, will depend on their next few games. 0-2 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, 26 February 2011 Npower League One Southampton v Swindon, 15:00 W Time to break the hold they have over us, we will take them apart, they are rubbish, and going down. 4-0 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuesday, 1 March 2011 Npower League One Walsall v Southampton, 19:45 W Walsall are on a good run in the last few games, but I feel this will not last, and by the time we play them we will just about beat them, they do seem like they have a lot of fight at the moment. 1-3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday, 5 March 2011 Npower League One Colchester v Southampton, 15:00 D Going to be a tough game and we cannot seem to beat this team, they have a great home record, and should just about get a draw. 1-1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tuesday, 8 March 2011 Npower League One Southampton v Yeovil, 19:45 W Yeovil will not beat us on our patch but think they will run us close to a Notts County time of game. 1-0

The run of 3 or 4 fixtures after that block do not look so good on paper. Of course I am looking at the games on paper/screen, but we should win those games, but not Bouremouth, Brighton and Charlton away, so it is very important we have a good run of results before going into the last games of the season. We really are on the run in now!

I really do think we are going to go on another good run in our next 7 games I think that we will win 6 and draw 1. I also think this will see us planted in the top 2, but still behind Brighton who cannot seen to have a bad run. I also think that it will be Huddersfield and Bouremounth right behind us, with us to play Bouremouth away next in the game in 8 games time! It is going to go right to the wire, but just need to keep in touch with the top 2 and that is what we are doing! What do you lot think? Not sure what the cake shop was called, was about 11 or 12 at the time I think just used to hang around in that area. When was the Marlings shopping centre built? Do not even remember it being built?

Used to get off the bus into town and go past the flower shop and then the smell of coffee!! Love the smell of coffee.

It was called Dog & Duck and Thursdays.

Anyone know where I can find pictures of the old bus/coach station now the Marlins Shopping centre. There used to be a brilliant cake shop round there, that I used to go to as a kid, after the 50p Saturday film!

Still a wooded area there now behind springhill school, used to play football there (at the school not the wooded area) when I lived on Archers Road and Howard Road. The ball always ended up in the wooded area!!

made a great save last night at 1-0 that kept us in the game that gave us the chance to gain the 3 points needed. Stick by him he is a great keeper for the level we are at and we will find it hard to get any better thats for sure.

We need to get back to winning ways pretty soon, as Bournemouth keep on winning and the gap will be to large to close. I really do not know how we can go from 6 goals away from home to 2 and half games without a goal, and no shots on target in the first half!!

The draw for the Auto Windscreens in 1994/95 had the draw come out Exeter City or Cardiff City v Exeter City or Cardiff City, as both teams had a ball each in the bag rather than a ball for both of them. Well at least they came out against each other!! This is the only time this has happened.

Well this is his squad now, and one that has to get out of this league this season. NA and NC must think the squad is good enough to get out of the league, and I have to admit it should be, and we have proved this up until the last couple of weeks. IF we do not gain promotion be it on his head! Please Saints go up, as I think we have a very promising youngish manager.

This is getting stupid, match days and transfer deadline day, as the only times it is worth coming on here, and sod all works.... it will be the same tomorrow night!! Had a reminder just a few days ago to pay my £5!! Made me laugh!

I thought that Newcastle might have had a punt on Beattie.
