It changed when we moved to SMS, but that was through bad management/ownership. Without the move to SMS we would without a doubt be in the lower leagues and not in the strong position we are in today.

I have a feeling it may get quite heated, like the Brighton and Bouremouth rivalry in league one. I seem to remember Bouremouth being above us and top of the league at one stage and even though we tried hard to say they were not a rival, they did get under my skin. The fact we were below the skates, reading, Brighton and Bouremouth at the time did not help! IF at any stage they were to go above us, it would be horrible, but as long as they do not do the one thing we have never done, but the skates have and top the premier league table.... I will be ok with that. I really thought they would screw up, but hats off to them, so far.

Perfect day today would probably hand us at least 7th place. Everton to win in the early kick off against Swansea West Ham and Stoke to draw Us to beat Hull. So expect the opposite!

Yes I have a feeling that we could be looking back at that loss to Swansea, but only if we screw up completely. Swansea run in, is pretty easy. I expect us to finish 7th, which for me will be a great season. We really have been spoilt as fans and love watching Saints!

I want Sunderland, Burnley and Hull to stay up. I want Boro to go up. I am looking for more northern teams for selfish reasons only!

When we went 1 down today, I said to the missus, we will not let in anymore today, just a matter if we can score and get something from the game. We are excellent at the back. Very strange to get used to this as a Saints fan. Just need Pelle to get his confidence back and I think we will start banging them in. Next Saturday all will come good against a free fall Hull side.

We will end 7th. You all know this right? I would say that is about right for us as well. If we lose 7th spot then something has seriously gone wrong! We have a terrible record at Goodison, but not all is lost, a very winnable game next weekend.
