Would have been nice to win, but we're bound to have the odd off day long the way, and probably would have lost this earlier in the season. Our destiny is still in our own hands.

Yeah, I can never get over that Pompey game either. Unforgivable. The only time in my life I can remember booing one of our own - the worst individual performance I can recall in 40 odd years.

Love the new kit, but it is to commemorate our 125th anniversary, and I'd like to go back to red and white stripes next season. If they kept that design as a third kit I wouldn't complain mind...

Thank god I am not the only one who's going mad! It's funny, despite all the evidence to the contrary, I still remain convinced I've seen him play for Saints! I've come to the conclusion that I've either had an "Inception" type dream, where on Sunday night I spent '20 years' watching an alternate Saints team (we did win the league three times in a row in the 90's, right?) OR I too am confusing him with some other journeyman, more famous for another club, ending his career at our place... While I'm at it, did Mark Walters, Stuart Ripley, Sammy Lee, Justin Fashanu, Jamie Redknapp, Peter Reid and Derek Statham also make an appearance or two for us, or have I dreamt them up too?!
